Discovered I need more detail
* Auto populate/save item descriptions as they are typed
* A column for date of service or purchase
* Provide option for separate categories (so that items, delivery charges and services can be grouped together by category on the invoice at the time of entering the data.
* a function to show payments applied, with check or transaction number.
This is still a quick, easy to use and useful program. I hope to see these features added soon!

Thanks for your constructive feedback. SubTotal will evolve over time, it's only been on the market for about a year and a half, but has since received a good amount of new features in updates. I will not be able to add every single feature requested however, otherwise the app would become very bloated and unusable. What certainly should be possible already is the ability to reorder invoice items using drag and drop. Is this not working for you? Please let me know via mail - I am eager to fix this if it's not working.
