Don’t buy saree from this app
I ordered a saree from SUDATHI after being assured that the order would be dispatched within 24 hours, along with tracking details shared promptly. It's been over a week now, and there has been absolutely no response from the company.
No dispatch update, no tracking ID, and no customer service support whatsoever. I even tried reaching out multiple times, but received no reply at all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
If you cannot commit to your own delivery timelines, don't make such false promises just to attract customers. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would never recommend SUDATHI to anyone.

Very bad experience
I placed an order for two sarees from Sudathi on 12th March. However, my order has still not been delivered.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the Sudathi team keeps promising delivery dates, but they have not been fulfilled. I am very disappointed with the lack of proper communication and support from their side.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I request immediate action on my order. Either deliver the products as soon as possible or provide a full refund.

Very Poor App
The app is very poorly designed and the user interface is not user-friendly at all. One major issue is that when I add products to my cart and then log in from the website or a different phone, the items in my cart disappear. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
The return process is also very annoying and complicated. First, the OTP is not sent to the mobile number as expected—it is sent to email instead, which delays the process. On top of that, customers are required to take and upload two photos. Why is this necessary? The entire return process feels unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
The return system should be simple, smooth, and customer-friendly. Overall, the app needs significant improvement in both design and functionality.

This is totally a fraud application.
Once you will purchase there is no direct option of return or replacement. Even after placing order there is difficult to track the order .

Bad product quality and poor customer management with delivery
I placed my first bandani saree order from their application as a diwali gift for my mother. It came on the diwali day and when my mom opened to see it was having holes and burnt marks all over. It was so disappointing and i have been trying to reach these folks for return neither anyone is picking ir calling me back nor the delhivery guys are responding me. Truely horrible experience and my money is also stuck

Saree color mismatch
I ordered a dusty purple silk woven saree, but the one I received wasn’t the same color as shown in the picture. Instead of purple, it turned out to be beige.

Extremely disappointed with this brand’s customer support. They never answer calls, take forever to respond, and when they finally do, they provide completely wrong or misleading information. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers once the payment is made. Highly unprofessional and frustrating experience — I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

Misleading Offer – Poor Quality Saree Material
I was attracted to the “Buy One, Get One” offer on Sudathi, but I am extremely disappointed with the product quality. The saree material that was delivered is very poor—thin, rough, and clearly not worth the price. It feels like a cheap imitation rather than the elegant fabric shown in the images. This offer seems misleading, and it feels like they are just trying to make fools out of customers with flashy deals. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing, as the actual product does not match the expectations set by the advertisement.

They have a 3-day return policy. Therefore, as soon as I received my parcel, I opened it and immediately requested a return the same day, as I didn’t like the material of the sarees. However, Sudati has been completely unresponsive — there has been no return pickup, no response to my calls, and no replies to my messages.
If you believe that customers should keep whatever they receive, regardless of dissatisfaction, then you should clearly mention that before selling your products.

Fake product
Fraud company fabric description is wrong. selling nylon in the name of silk. they delivered the product and purposely didn’t update so that customer don’t raise return request. the updated the delivery status once the return period was over. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered 4 sarees, after 1 week I got a call from someone stating that.. all the 4 sarees got out of stock. And they will refund the amount by 72 hrs. This is actually very disappointing. Not recommended. Bad service. I wish I would’ve read the reviews earlier before wasting my time on it.

I have placed the ordered on 3 sep till now there is no any updates on the delivery its being almost 7 days i am chasing sudhatinteam for the update , keep on yhe hold for 25 - 30 min i am kot getting connected to any of the vistomer support . Worst service all the reviews are fake .
