Wasted time entering my information service not offered in my area.
This app is really pretty and is on the right track ad far as UX design is concerned. However, I wish there was a way for me to check if laundry services where available in my area before I went through the whole sign up process. Was super disappointed. The app is not useable for me.
Great service and effortless process
I set up Suds service for my daughter who is a freshman at LSU. It is so easy for her to schedule her pickups and deliveries with the app. The guys are always punctual and friendly. They pick up and deliver right to the front door of her dorm. Suds has been very flexible when she’s had to reschedule last minute. The laundary comes back neatly folded and packaged each time. She can get her laundary back as soon as the next day. We have been very pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend Suds!
