Fun and entertaining app

Definitely fills a market gap within the industry. The app keeps one engaged and looking for more. I like that it summarizes books because I’ve always struggled with finishing any book I read! Already hooked and looking to try more features.

Crashes

It crashes every time I open a Challenge

Needs update! Crashes al the time!!

Barely able to see if I would like to use this app. Different actions cause the app to crash immediately. If I try to bookmark a program… crash. In settings, if I try to select my interests… crash.
There are many more… just having a look around… and ultimately the app will crash!

Just FYI… I’m using iOS 17.1 and and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Deleting app, and may look to see in the future if any updates have been made.
Also, from the little time I was able to spend trying to use the app, I immediately noticed that there is no dark mode. Dark mode is a necessity for apps that you use in bed.

5 stars! Amazing App

Great app. Loved the design. Nice features. Loved the infographics. The summaries are very detailed and fun to read. I like that they keep adding new summaries each week. I would like to see more video summaries. Will recommend this app to my friends.

Abysmal service!

They inundated my email with a $60 lifetime membership so I finally bit. BIG mistake!! My account will not update from free to lifetime membership so I reached out and did what was recommended…3 TIMES before I finally decided to ask for a refund. This was ONE day after signing up for the lifetime membership. They refused saying they don’t offer any refunds. Few red flags about this company: 1) I should’ve known $60 for lifetime membership was too good to be true - they’re deceptive! 2) they keep asking the customer to prove, repeatedly, even after sending them screenshots and doing what is expected, that the issue is the customer’s to figure out for them. All they had to do is wipe my account and upgrade it themselves on the back end, but no dice. And 3) nothing says “we’re cheap and don’t believe in our own products” more than saying “We don’t offer refunds.”

Good Customer Service

I really enjoy using this app and appreciate their fast and effective support. Shortly after downloading I encountered a crash loop that didn’t allow me to login, even after deleting and reinstalling. After reporting this issue, I received support within hours of my email, and was promptly provided credit for a new account under a different email so I could continue using the service while my issue was being researched. They followed up with me throughout the day to ensure my experience met my expectations, and it has.

Excessive spam emails

I downloaded this app and created an account to browse their books and such but it’s been a constant onslaught of spam emails. I even used their deleted account option to remove my account I’m still receiving spam! I’ve pressed unsubscribe on every incoming message and it keeps coming.

Useful

One of the most useful apps I’ve used. The summaries are really good. They vary in topic from psychology to business. The app is easy to use. I feel like I’m learning a lot everyday. I like the video summaries. I also think the micro courses are very informative.

Updated UI

The new UI is pretty bad.

Dark mode doesn’t function correctly.

So much white even with dark mode on. It’s like half dark mode.

Books are over simplified. The intelligent investor book is missing really good information. Simply because this service over simplifies it’s reading.

Just buy the book to get true value, not this app 😒
