Very clunky
The app is excellent, just crash sometimes.
The app works and gets the job done, but from time to time it freeze and stop working. I am sure it is something that it’s getting worked on.
Perfect app
Summit credit union makes it very easy for me to check my accounts. Especially our business account, it’s very crucial to know what is getting spent and you can break it very easily on the app
Convenient
The app is pretty easy to use and very convenient.
My only negative is they have such a low limit on Zelle transfers.

Prove you are human
After being on basic hold for 25 min trying to solve this continuous loop of “proof you are human” code…… still not working! Had to hang up as I couldn’t wait any longer. No IT Dept to assist on the phone. Frustrating to say the least!
App seems to be under maintenance a lot.
It’s seems like I am unable to get into my app with unknown errors that relate to app maintenance, being given errors with no solution when I need access to my money now, not later.

I’ve been with Summit Credit Union for 33 years. They have always been the financial mentor and partner I can count on.

The app does not work on my laptop. I use my cell phone to look at accounts. The app is a little difficult to move between accounts when comparing or searching for entries. I often sign out by accident and have to sign in a couple of times to complete my banking needs.

The app works great, smooth and easy to navigate. Super simple but still very useful and informative. My only suggestion would be to add a notification reminder for the savings goals and to be able to set an automatic transfer of funds from checking or savings into a specific savings goal.

It’s an app for online banking. It’s not good, other credit unions and apps are better. Kind of really hate this online bank, UW Credit Union app is way better and seriously, this looks and operates bad. Keep doing updates but still the same old garbage.
Robot Verification doesn’t work
The app is helpful but I can’t login any longer. It’s stuck on the robot verification. It asks me to check the box, I do, then it loads for a second and then asks me to check the box again.
Summit, great employees
I have been with Summit credit union a long time. The institution and their employees are wonderful and always are willing to help. They treat me like family and I do not know what I would do without all of these people.💯
