Updated app, now refuses to load
I was required to update the app last month, now all I get is a loading icon. Cannot access at all
Stopped Working
The app used to work well, but within the last two weeks all it does is show the loading icon. I am not able to access the log in page from the app or any web browser on my device.
Worked well for a while, but recently will not load
Used the app for years with no troubles at all. In the past week, the app now refuses to load at all. I've tried everything short of factory resetting my phone, and I'm still having no luck.
Terrible app requirement
Terrible makes you pay 6 dollars to download the app
Best Banking App, PERIOD.
I’ve used countless apps to manage money. SCU Banking app is by far the most intuitive app to date.

App
Very clunky
The app is excellent, just crash sometimes.
The app works and gets the job done, but from time to time it freeze and stop working. I am sure it is something that it’s getting worked on.
Perfect app
Summit credit union makes it very easy for me to check my accounts. Especially our business account, it’s very crucial to know what is getting spent and you can break it very easily on the app
Convenient
The app is pretty easy to use and very convenient.
My only negative is they have such a low limit on Zelle transfers.
My only negative is they have such a low limit on Zelle transfers.
Good People
The staff is always willing to accommodate my requests and needs.
Prove you are human
After being on basic hold for 25 min trying to solve this continuous loop of “proof you are human” code…… still not working! Had to hang up as I couldn’t wait any longer. No IT Dept to assist on the phone. Frustrating to say the least!
App seems to be under maintenance a lot.
It’s seems like I am unable to get into my app with unknown errors that relate to app maintenance, being given errors with no solution when I need access to my money now, not later.
Great Relationship
I’ve been with Summit Credit Union for 33 years. They have always been the financial mentor and partner I can count on.
App
The app does not work on my laptop. I use my cell phone to look at accounts. The app is a little difficult to move between accounts when comparing or searching for entries. I often sign out by accident and have to sign in a couple of times to complete my banking needs.
Works for me
The app is easy to use. The service is always great!
My review
I love this app, even though I’m 11 years old, this app helped me improve my money management from my job mowing lawns
