Bill Payer Won’t Work
No matter what I do, I can’t get the Bill Payer page to load. I’ve tried desktop view and reinstalling. Every other menu item works except Bill Payer.
Doesn’t work
Updated to new version now the app does not open.
Stopped working
Has been working for about 2 weeks now. Called about it was told to delete and reinstall. It still doesn’t work
Face / Touch ID
Latest update (04/2021) removed support for Touch ID and Face ID. Please bring it back!
Facial recognition not working
I have tried many time to enable my facial recognition back on my app. It was working before but stopped working out of nowhere. This makes it extremely hard to check my balance quick while I am on the move.

I’ve banking here for 19 years and the technology keeps getting better and better. The rates and service are awesome too. I have my car loan my mortgage loan with Summit.

1. The app can’t connect to the bank’s server when using mobile deposit
2. People pay isn’t working

1. Notifications when a purchase has been made
2. Turn off debit/credit card usage in case of theft/lost

All this app do is crashes!!!! I’m sick of it
Not able to view all transactions
I’m only able to go back a few days for my transactions. Makes balancing impossible. Please fix!
Needs Update
App is useless with IOS 12. I can even get to a log in screen. I click login and app closes.
Face ID
When you choose to use Face ID to unlock it just goes to a blank screen and closes app. So had to pick another option. Other than that everything else works.
Works for me!
Love all the features. Works perfectly for me and I am 80 years old!
New update
The new update left my app completely useless, as soon as I press login, every screen has a blank page. None of the features work. The sidebar will show, but anything that is clicked will not bring up anything but a blank screen that never loads.
Works great
Great app for a great credit union. Very convenient. Love mobile deposit, and being able to check my balances and make payments 24/7/365.

Always an error occurring when I want to look at my acct and this is such an inconvenience. please fix!!!
Finally Touch ID! Great update but buggy.
The new update is sleek and professional. It finally allows you to use Touch ID which is a huge bonus. My only complaint is the apps lack of updating balances and transactions correctly. My app shows an incorrect balance and fails to show me any transactions. The balance and transactions have not updated in days (since the update).
