Won’t work

This app is a piece of junk. I downloaded several different times and it still won’t work. Do you think the airline would be able to build an app that could actually work for its passengers?

Glitchy

Didn’t minutes trying to enter in credit card info to pay. Wouldn’t let you enter the state. Finally gave up. Will book Southwest instead.

Worst App Ever

Doesn’t work at all. Can’t use it at all. Doesn’t even let me sign in. Nothing loads in. Don’t recommend.

Won’t work on IPhone SE

I’ve had this problem for two years now - I’ve uninstalled and updated the app several times and when I check-in for my flight I can’t get past the hazardous materials screen, and can’t complete the checkin. There is no button to click that says I understand about the hazardous materials. It’s beyond frustrating. Please fix this!!!!

Glitchy

For the last 2 weeks this app won’t load, is glitchy, signs you out and then freezes.

Password reset

This is the most annoying app ever. It tells me that my password has been successfully reset, but when I go to enter it, it tells me something went wrong, try again. I am 100% sure, I am putting the correct password. It would be great if it tells for example what exactly the cause is so you don’t waste your time trying over and over.

TERRIBLE App

Every time I open the app, the screen blinks constantly, like it’s continuously refreshing. If I actually manage to input my login information, it throws a system error. The email link to check-in opens the app which is completely useless. It would be nice if customers had a way to actually check in for flights. This is honestly the worst app I’ve used in a LONG time and I can’t believe it’s for an actual airline.

Horrible App

This site almost never works. They don’t update the App & you get some kind of an error message most of the time!

Very poor app

I can’t believe that after signing in, the app can’t automatically find my trips. I need to search for them instead. What a joke.

No VPN Support

The app doesn't work when phone is connected to VPN. You have to disconnect from VPN to use website or app

The 12/20/2025 flight from Chicago to San Jose

Everything seems good for me but I honestly dislike postponing flights. By the way, there should be some food for us during long flight too, we need to eat.

App Is Broken

This app can’t even find my reservation. But when I go to the website, it loads up and is found. A serious update needs to be made to this for this to even become useable.

Broken Check-In

I don’t normally bother to review apps, but felt compelled to since this app wouldn’t let me check in for my flight. This seems like the primary reason to have an airline’s app. It worked fine up until the end. Then I had to acknowledge the hazardous material whatever, but the button to do so was below the size of my screen and there was no way to scroll down on the modal. Maybe fix this so you can complete the check in process on smaller phones. Not everyone has an iPhone XL3000

App not working

The app hasn’t been working for the last three days.

Should you trust an app this bad with your payment info?

Doesn't integrate with keyboard (cursor is flashing, where's my keyboard?).

Doesn't integrate with password manager (app gets confused about whether I'm logged in to password app or not, asks for my password managers password, uh no).

ADs are endless, but hmm... they made that work!

If they can't do the basics, why would I trust them with my payment info?

Terrible App.

The gate number that it ended up showing on the app is straight up wrong. The gate did not even exist at the airport. I also got delayed but the app was unable to tell me how long the delay was or when the new boarding time was. Not to mention the app crashes all the time and is unable to check you in.

Great service

This is one of the best airlines and flight experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is friendly helpful, to keep you informed. They answer their phone and are helpful over the phone. They send text messages and emails. I know exactly what’s going on. If I make a flight change, they change it easily and it’s easy and clear and I understand exactly what I’m paying for.

Of the all the airlines I’ve flown on, I would describe Sun Country as “ratchet.” The stewardesses are always great. Probably the best employees they have. Only reason for the extra star but anyone you meet at the counter will be big and empowered. Won’t care about your lost items, lost luggage, bad experience or any extra charges they will make you pay. Be wary
