App glitches at the most important time
My app stopped accepting my password despite it being changed at that moment. I was at immigrations and had to let 6 people go ahead of me. Now as I prepare to go home, it won’t show me anything. It just keeps blinking aka glitching on steroids. If Sun country wants to expand further, this needs to be handled and updated often. Now I have to get to the counter for a paper boarding pass like it’s 2003 when I took my first ever flight. And I have an iPhone 15 pro for reference

Boarding Pass Not Up to Date
My flight has been delayed however my boarding pass on the app still shows the old boarding time. I don't see any other way to know the boarding time, thus I do not know the boarding time, only the departure time.
Unable to book a flight
When I selected depart airport and arrival airport, and pressed search. No result showed whichever airport I select, after the loading icon emerged.
Spirit did it better
This airline SUCKS and so does the app. Airline keeps delaying flights and then they cancel. What a sit sow. Also the app says terminal M??? Where the airport only has A,B and C. The app also keeps crashing. Just aint it. First and last time with this airline.
App is dysfunctional
The app is always erroring or doesn’t load properly. Please up date it so it is usable and functional. I know your selling but please keep things optimized to be able to use it.
Won’t work
This app is a piece of junk. I downloaded several different times and it still won’t work. Do you think the airline would be able to build an app that could actually work for its passengers?
Glitchy
Didn’t minutes trying to enter in credit card info to pay. Wouldn’t let you enter the state. Finally gave up. Will book Southwest instead.

Worst App Ever
Doesn’t work at all. Can’t use it at all. Doesn’t even let me sign in. Nothing loads in. Don’t recommend.
Won’t work on IPhone SE
I’ve had this problem for two years now - I’ve uninstalled and updated the app several times and when I check-in for my flight I can’t get past the hazardous materials screen, and can’t complete the checkin. There is no button to click that says I understand about the hazardous materials. It’s beyond frustrating. Please fix this!!!!

Glitchy
For the last 2 weeks this app won’t load, is glitchy, signs you out and then freezes.
Password reset
This is the most annoying app ever. It tells me that my password has been successfully reset, but when I go to enter it, it tells me something went wrong, try again. I am 100% sure, I am putting the correct password. It would be great if it tells for example what exactly the cause is so you don’t waste your time trying over and over.

TERRIBLE App
Every time I open the app, the screen blinks constantly, like it’s continuously refreshing. If I actually manage to input my login information, it throws a system error. The email link to check-in opens the app which is completely useless. It would be nice if customers had a way to actually check in for flights. This is honestly the worst app I’ve used in a LONG time and I can’t believe it’s for an actual airline.

Horrible App
This site almost never works. They don’t update the App & you get some kind of an error message most of the time!
Very poor app
I can’t believe that after signing in, the app can’t automatically find my trips. I need to search for them instead. What a joke.
No VPN Support
The app doesn't work when phone is connected to VPN. You have to disconnect from VPN to use website or app
The 12/20/2025 flight from Chicago to San Jose
Everything seems good for me but I honestly dislike postponing flights. By the way, there should be some food for us during long flight too, we need to eat.
App Is Broken
This app can’t even find my reservation. But when I go to the website, it loads up and is found. A serious update needs to be made to this for this to even become useable.
