Amazing new version!
The new version is a huge improvement! The interface is much more user-friendly, and features like Bin Day reminders and Service Requests work smoothly.

Less information than you can just get from Google
Their emails are now saying they don’t support snap solve send, but their app has no way to contact them properly other than a generic ignored email…

Terrible app
Terrible app, basically useless and a waste of ratepayers money. Using Snap Send Solve is much easier and council should just subscribe to that instead. Poor form council. I will go back to use Snap Send Solve despite being told not too.

Why does council bother with this app?
It’s a glorified website that is not particularly helpful.
Meanwhile Noosa council down the road support Snap Send Solve which allows users to send reports to multiple authorities and is quicker and easier to use.

When you open the app you get a message : index.html

I have used this app before to report to council and it has worked but not now, Please fix
