Book someone who lives there. SuperHost connects you with locals who know their city properly, the places worth your one free evening and the ones that only look good online. You tell us what you are after. They tell you where to go, or take you there themselves. HOW IT WORKS Tell us about your trip: the city, your dates, which of those days you want a local for, who is with you, and what you actually enjoy. We shortlist the hosts who fit and show you why each one made the list. You choose. Nobody is assigned to you. Send a request with the details that matter: the occasion, dietary needs, what you have already booked, and where you would like to meet. Your host has what they need to answer properly, so you are not repeating yourself three messages in. FOUR WAYS TO USE A LOCAL Time together in person, for a set number of hours at a fixed price. A night out, with someone who can walk you past the line rather than queue in it with you. Ask anything, for when you just want a real answer from someone who lives there. The cheap way in if you have never paid a stranger for local knowledge. Plan my trip, where your host builds the itinerary and you keep it. FIXED PRICES Every service is a total, decided before you book. There is no hourly meter, no per message fee, and no surprise at the end. What each price covers is printed next to it. You are charged when a host accepts, never when you ask. If nobody answers, your request expires on its own and you pay nothing. ITINERARIES YOU CAN ACTUALLY CHANGE Your host builds a plan of real stops with the detail only a local has: ask for Sam, sit at the back, skip the queue on the left. Where they offer you a choice, you pick, and they book it. Change your dates or your plans and every host you have asked is told, and the plan is marked as needing a revision rather than quietly going stale. BUILT TO BE SAFE Hosts are verified before they can take bookings. Every host photo is reviewed before anyone else sees it. Block anyone, from their profile or your conversation. It takes effect immediately, needs no reason, and they are not told. Reporting is separate and optional, because wanting to be left alone should not require filing a complaint. Your card details are never entered in this app. Payment happens in Stripe's own checkout, and we never see your card number. BECOME A HOST If you are the person your friends text when they visit, you can list what you offer, set your own prices, and pick which requests to take. You are paid directly by Stripe after the booking is done. Reviews come only from guests whose booking actually happened, so a rating means something.
