What is the purpose?
Why do you have an app if you can’t make online bookings? Let me get in the que and wait at home until my turn. Then I can turn and burn. Why make us wait in your business when I can have an appointment. Doesn’t make sense. Might as well get rid of the app.
Needs some tweaks
The splash screen should not always say book now. Put another option that says see existing booking. The upcoming booking should always be visible when you open the app.
Today I had appointment booked at 9:20 but it said book now came up I couldn't find how to easily find my existing reservation, so I thought the book now might take me to other options instead it showed me 9:30 and when I canceled it it also canceled my 9:20.
I was at the salon when this happened so it was easy enough to get my haircut, but you really gotta search around through the account settings to find your existing bookings. But even then it didn't show it tweak it.

Works well! Needs visit history
Great app, does what it needs to do. My main suggestion for developers is to add a visit history section. It would be super helpful to see past check-ins along with the name of the stylist who cut your hair last time.
Go back to appointments
I typically don’t have an issue, but lately I select my location and person, the app tells me there are 0 people in line ahead of me then I get there and have to wait for 4 other people and an hour wait. Either the salon is not using the app correctly or the app is not in sync with the location but go back to making an appointment so I don’t have to sit here and watch everyone around me go before me.

Unusable
I’m always there before opening with a line of people but you can’t check in before opening which would save your place in line. My salon also never lets you pick a stylist just next available. There is only one I really want to cut my hair. And one that I absolutely will never let them cut my hair again. But I can’t choose on the app so it’s useless.

Map?!
Where is the map? Especially when you are not familiar with an area and looking for a salon, there should be a map, not just a list of the nearest locations.
Points?
The app works to schedule an appointment, but their reward system doesn’t work. Ive had about 100 points go unregistered because it’s not working. The app doesn’t show you how many I’ve accumulated. It says I’ve been enrolled when I pick my local shop, but doesn’t show me any points. It just says, enroll now.

No added value
The Supercuts app is easy to use, but the check-in feature has been unreliable. Every time I’ve checked in, I still had to wait at least 20 minutes, even when I arrived on time or early

Guest Rewards Points
I regularly get a hair cuts and bring my 4 family members as guests and do not get rewards points for them when I pay for everyone’s hair cuts. Fix this and you’ll get 5 stars.

Available features work great
I like the easy interface for selecting a salon, date, and time.
The ability to also pick either a specific stylist or just the next available provides flexibility when you are either in a rush or want to wait for a favorite stylist.
If you are picking an unfamiliar salon, the map feature provides a visual for its location.

No way to check in or book via the app - if it’s down for maintenance post that on the website- the app is very unreliable!

Badly managed Supercuts in 89436
I suppose your app would be fine if it connected me to a Supercuts branch that wasn’t poorly managed.
Yesterday, I checked in the be to first cut of the day, drove down, and waited. I waited 30 minutes for an employee to open the branch. None did. Checked in online again and came back 30 and 60 minutes later. Never got my haircut.
Next day, thought I’d try again. Checked in with a ten minute wait. Drove down again. Manager acted surprised when I asked why they were closed previously day despite it allowing me to check in; no idea your own store was closed when it’s saying it’s open online. The 10 minute wait I was told about became 60 minutes. The online app said the wait was based on two stylists, but two stylists were not on schedule, so your app is just giving bad information.
I can no longer trust app.
I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Supercuts after this.
