Page does not load after logging in. Stays with “please wait” on the screen. Feels like they’re trying to keep us away from being able to look into our health plan and rewards.

No matter what you do you can’t get passed the login screen. Useless app
Can’t Log In
I cannot even log in to this app. I put in my email and password, get a confirmation code from my email, then it makes me login a second time, get a second confirmation code, then it acts as if I don’t even have an account. Once I input my details to find my account it tells me my email is already in use. This keeps going around in circles when all I want to do is login. An update is definitely needed.

The app will not load after it receives your login credentials. Just sits spinning with a "please wait" message. I deleted it and came back to it months later and still same issue. Is there a reason or a fix for this!

The app still does not open it only keeps loading saying please wait, but after 30min or longer no progress. This is the last day of February and I’ve been trying off and on since the first day of February.

DOES NOT LOAD
The app does not populate account info after log it. It continues to spin with “Please Wait” on screen with a dimmed background page of my personal dashboard. Is there a a future fix ? Plan not effect til Jan 2024- could be the issue. Guess I’ll try again after new year.
