Rather go elsewhere
Specifically looked for a face-to-face option. This was apparently not an option, despite it being advertised as such and being geographically close- I wondered whether this was the whole truth. Did not get the tutor we asked for and the one we did get was not good at all. The session ended early and the last 15 minutes were spent trying to get us to sign up for an extended period. Rather go elsewhere and don’t waste your money.

Still have a long way to go
As a tutor, the app can never load sessions. It ask you to relaunch almost ever time. Making it impossible to go back and forth and forth from messaging to lessons. Also my students of complain that they are unable to pay for a lesson.
App is not working
App did not let me sign in for a whole day, sent an email for a refund but was denied. Did not even made a single booking and can’t even approve a refund even 20% or 50% discount. App needs to be improved and customer service too.
