Mark doses taken or skipped individually or in a batch, undo mistakes, and resolve anything you forgot to log yesterday. Home Screen widgets provide quick Take and Skip actions. TRACK CONSISTENCY AND WELLNESS Review adherence charts, calendar history, progress, and weekly reports. Private check-ins record energy, focus, sleep, mood, side effects, and notes. Optional read-only Apple Health access displays sleep duration, steps, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability alongside your routine. The app presents observations without claiming that a supplement caused a change. UNDERSTAND INVENTORY AND COST Track remaining quantity, predicted empty dates, refill history, and projected spending in your selected display currency. Premium adds advanced forecasting, long-range analytics, cost projections, and label-based duplicate ingredient analysis. Each guide provides general purpose, reference-intake context, timing evidence, food context, effects, cautions, and direct source links.
