Useful?
Not at all sure if this is useful. I have a web browser and Sony website. Why does this app exist?

Impossible to navigate. Couldnβt even figure out how to submit a complaint. Waste of time.

My xm6βs mic is malfunctioning, they told me to exchange even though I had several times. Sony should really consider allowing their users to report bugs.
Needs Basic UX Improvements
More than anything this app needs a way to mark all messages as read and/or deleted. With multiple Sony products, I currently have 495 messages, many duplicated across similar products. Every action you make in the app is one by one. Itβs infuriating.
