I’ve been using Surfshark for a few years now and it’s been absolutely flawless , the iPhone app is really good easy to use , great features the connections are stable with great speeds. I also use the chrome extension on my home computer and it works an absolute treat. If your after a great priced vpn with amazing features and a vast amount of countries to connect to then you can’t beat Surfshark tbh.

I paid for a $30 subscription. There's no subscription and no $30. Tech support redirects you to a website with common problems; there isn't even a bot.

Blocks me doing things online, have to keep changing locations to read my emails. Some sites blocked. Ridiculous. Very annoying. Issues with iPhone 16 Pro allegedly. Sort this out

The shared IP addresses are constantly being blocked or banned, making the service unreliable. I don’t think I should have to pay extra for a dedicated IP just to avoid this issue.

I use Surfshark on my iPad, tv, Chromebook & android phone. I rarely encounter a problem and am very happy with the service.
Great on trains, but…
Works so much better than previous vpn and love the identity protection, but has serious issues with pc based on live gaming (I now use it as a timer to restrict gaming time by pausing the vpn).

The price is expensive! Hardly connect in China! Couldn’t find customer service when I need help! I request a full refund!
