App still having Issues
Despite installing the latest update, the app continues to quit several times throughout audits and it continues to make my phone up very hot and drain the battery
WORST GIG APP EVER!!!
Wanna get paid $60 for 60 hours of work driving over 600 miles? This apps got you covered! They’ll send you offers that’ll guaranteed loose you money AND put wear and tear on your car! 😍. That’s if they pay you at all cause they love to void payments for arbitrary reasons. Better yet the support staff will lie to you and constantly and treat you like you’re the problem if you have anything to say about it. That’s if they say anything at all cause there’s no number to call and the support line is rarely responded to. You’ve gotta talk to this AI called Steve before talking to a human. Steve also conveniently deletes all messages after the conversation ends ensuring that the support staff will NEVER have to take accountability for their actions. Just the absolute worst! Have fun being abused and treated like a slave!

BEST WORK APP
This App Helped me at my lowest . Don’t know what i would’ve done . Jobs pay as high as $25 an hour plus bonuses . And paid sometimes within 24 hours .
No help via phone call
If you want workers to complete assignments and add them, you need to have a phone number for workers to contact someone in real time instead of all the AI / vertical assistant stuff

Bogus
There’s no one verbally to speak to if you run into a problem while doing an assignment. You’re left trying to figure it out on your own. Then if you don’t do it correctly you won’t get paid after all the time you spend on the assignment with now explanation . while trying to reach out via chat the chat keeps closing out with no live agent to speak to.

Fixed what wasn’t broken
I was excited for the update, but when I got on the app and started working on it, the map feels more broken than ever. The map sometimes seemed a little glitchy, but overall it was working just fine. I have worked on this app for 3+ years as my soul income. Did you really mean to add the red pins, seemingly useless extra steps? It was definitely time-consuming navigating the app while working towards my deadline and overall at the end of my day, I feel incredibly frustrated with how much time I spent trying to get the app to work. When I open the map it’s full of red pins with no indication of what assignment it is. I tend to have multiple assignments in the same locations with different deadlines. So once passed the red pin ( 2 extra steps) I can get to the page with the color coated assignments. At that point, the map stops working altogether!! It stays stuck on one assignment even though I am attempting to look at other locations. I have to close the app and start over again. Also while I am working on the app, it just quits. Multiple times a day. I do several jobs a day in fact I’ve done 22 in one day, that requires speed and efficiency. This update is anything but. Please fix it.

Lost many pictures today because app was not working right!!! Had to retake my cigarette pictures 3 times and my Frankie’s popcorn ending pics twice!!

Follow Instructions
Following Instructions is most important aspect and at times those are confusing and redundant, so don’t skip around within app, just answer each question in order received and document everything, not only in app, but on your device in your own files because you will often find it is helpful to have more info to provide, then less.

It’s fairly pretty simple! Work as much or as little as you want. Keep on top of your projects though - the good ones go fast! But get in now, it’s only going to get busier and who knows when your window of opportunity will close.

Not worth the pay
Time spent versus payout is extremely low compared to other apps with the same jobs. You can have thirty tasks and if they think you took one photo wrong the entire job is not paid out. Instructions are repetitive and time consuming and the layout of them is an ADHD’ers nightmare. Pretty sure support is AI - one job continued to be refused for a photo that I had taken and the feedback is like a broken record. I still don’t understand why the job was denied payment. They use example photos of what is missing in some cases but the photos I received were clearly from a different location. Not every national store Is set up the same so the refusals and their “evidence” are invalid. Furthermore stores frequently change their layouts - again making their “evidence” invalid. Absolute rip off.

Confusing
They have a bad problem with communication about these assignments. Have been doing the same assignments for two weeks and because this app is so confusing I wasn’t able to confirm that I was getting to the stores but I talked to someone an told them I would but because I didn’t take on store outside of my duty they canceled all of them smh.
