Not worth the pay
Time spent versus payout is extremely low compared to other apps with the same jobs. You can have thirty tasks and if they think you took one photo wrong the entire job is not paid out. Instructions are repetitive and time consuming and the layout of them is an ADHD’ers nightmare. Pretty sure support is AI - one job continued to be refused for a photo that I had taken and the feedback is like a broken record. I still don’t understand why the job was denied payment. They use example photos of what is missing in some cases but the photos I received were clearly from a different location. Not every national store Is set up the same so the refusals and their “evidence” are invalid. Furthermore stores frequently change their layouts - again making their “evidence” invalid. Absolute rip off.

Confusing
They have a bad problem with communication about these assignments. Have been doing the same assignments for two weeks and because this app is so confusing I wasn’t able to confirm that I was getting to the stores but I talked to someone an told them I would but because I didn’t take on store outside of my duty they canceled all of them smh.

Please make it easier for people to plan things by telling us when the job starts!!! (Or are we trying to trick people into taking the job?)

After completing a few simple takes at a local store I noticed several better paying opportunities at multiple locations needless to say I contacted support an agreed to complete all projects between my home an almost 3 hours away totaling more than 40 stores after the second day an almost done my app started to glitch needless to say I spent more than 15 hours of my time to complete these projects an countless miles an I was not paid not even a penny do yourself a favor and Do another download this app

Been working with this company for 2yrs now and I must say it has its ups and downs. If you’re looking to make good money, you must be willing and able to invest the time and resources (gas, car, printing, time) and stick with it to prove yourself reliable and capable. There is a learning curve and so jibs don’t get done as quickly as estimated or quoted in beginning and pay starts low as well. No clear cut way of knowing when it will improve, just have to be diligent and keep at it, assuming you are trying to live off earnings and expect to work long 10-12 hr days including the travel time

Rally Poor Support
If it wasn’t for the fact that the app requires at minimum one star to post review rI wouldn’t even give them the one. My fiance and I have been trying to get ahold of someone in support to call or message 1 of us. That’s a joke. If they sent a message it was just to tell us that one or the other needed to contact them. Bigger joke. Now down to the wire of having a problem with the OPENFORCE account without support even once taking the time to explain exactly what needs to be done or how to do it, we are informed that the project to start won’t be able to be started if this problem isn’t fixed. But again. No help to complete the account. And still after an entire week, there hasn’t been a phone call.

Why not address the issues while we’re at the location rather than later and spending more gas money on having to audit something that we aren’t informed of until five days after the project. a $12 audit at one store then another one at another store. It’s been five days. I haven’t got paid out for three audits that I did and I was on my very last limb. This is something that I found and I’m just gonna say word-of-mouth goes a very long way if it’s not something that’s reputable and isn’t known for its issues.

Don’t waste your time or money
This company makes it difficult to trust them they sound so good until it comes to pay you for your services and work on projects I put out 600.00 hundred dollars on travel expenses for them to not even pay me close to the amount I paid out to try to help them out now my rent is due and other bills are due meanwhile they play around and act like they are getting my past projects approved to pay me and I’m going to be homeless without the money to pay my rent

The Pay Is Low
I have been with this app for years and the communication with the agents has gotten worse. Honestly, I will say I have been paid on each assignment. It’s cool for extra money. But, I worked a job where I was with other ppl from Survey like me and found out one them was offered a higher per hour for the same job and I learned that this company will pay various hourly pay to us depending on who you are I guess. Not fair, but life is not fair either. The pay like another reviewer said, is like sweat shop wages for assignments that want so much detail and pictures (redundant information) that you already recorded for $9 per store. I completed one Store assignment and they disapproved and wanted me to go back. I had to prove the work I had done, thank God it was accepted and I was paid. I was not going back to take more unnecessary photos for only $8. Why? I assume if we take the job for x amt. then they will keep paying low wages. The most I have made is from a Store Reset and that was physical hard work on my body. The demos, they expect you to bring your own table, table cloth, etc. For $80 for 4 hours. No thank you. That is for the store to provide. It’s not worth it, but earning a few bucks for a quick survey keeps me staying on. Times are tough.

Don’t waste your time
You have to do an insane amount of work for no money and if you try to complete an assignment but don’t understand the instructions, they will make you go back and fix your mistakes. You will not get even a partial payment if you don’t complete the assignments EXACTLY the way they ask you to. It’s very exploitative.

Independent Contractor Gigs
I’ve made $40,000 with Survey Merchandiser in the last 4 years. $10,000 a year for a side hustle is pretty good money, in my opinion. You have to work with them for a bit to get a handle on what they’re looking for, but once you’ve established yourself they’ll set you up with good reset jobs and higher paying route options. I did routes for them when the cigarette compliance signs had to be updated and they gave me over $3600 for 225 stores. They’ve also given me reset jobs at $21/hr. with the jobs lasting 2-6 hours.
These guys are for real and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for merchandising side work.

The AI chat bot - is a complete and utter failure- shortly after I accepted my first assignment with this app, I became ill with a contagious flu-I've been trying to inform the company I cannot work until I am no longer sick- but every time I put that information into the AI Chatbot, it just tells me that it doesn't understand what I am saying, which is completely ridiculous/ this is going to be a complete waste of your time

I went to do an audit at Walmart and the store associates were not helpful the manager actually got involved and said I was not allowed to continue with the audit. I contacted the support line and Steve on the app and they didn’t assist with anything. Stated they would connect me with a live agent and didn’t. Doubt I’ll even be paid for wasting over an hour of my time. Was extremely stressful and a truly awful experience.

Good Way to Make Pocket Money
This app is helpful to make a few bucks. You do have to travel and use your phone to take pix. The instructions could be a lot simpler and to the point - they explain too much and it gets confusing. It would be alot better if they would just give a checklist of pictures they need and let you upload and they do the rest. You already have to spend your own gas money and you wont get paid for at least a week - especially because they have so many details you might have to go back to the store if you missed anything- otherwise they wont pay you. The pay should be alot higher for each task for the amount of driving and expectations they put on each job. But, they will have work for you if you don't have other options.
