Needs work
App generally works ok - unfortunately it has issues, which require uninstall / reinstall to rectify the repeated errors.
It can be frustrating to resubmit data and when the app “resets” itself, it reverts to basic settings, and you have to add details again.

The app was very easy to use and prebooking my journey went well.
I was although charged more at pre booking stage than the cost of the journey
