Keeps Disconnecting from WiFi, some controls don’t work
Great response from developer fixing every issue except the Pillow Tilt, which just makes a clicking sound when tapped and the tilt moves in a choppy manner, so I still can’t use that. But they say they are working on it. I appreciate their communication on this issue.
ORIGINAL: Great idea, but it disconnects from wifi every time you close the app and sometimes even while the app is still open. I have a split king, so I have to reconnect the beds to the app by entering a 4 digit code for each bed separately every time I open the app.
Also, some of the functions don’t work in the app. For example, I have the Harmony series with the Pillow Tilt function. That function appears in the app control panel, but just doesn’t work when pressed. And that’s the main function I use for serious neck issues.
There’s no massage timer function at all in the app.
I hope there will be updates soon to this app to fix these bugs, because the app is very helpful in theory. Beats hunting around in the dark for misplaced remotes, and the phone has a lit screen so it’s much easier to see the controls for the bed.
The ability to increase the font size in the app would be very helpful. And making the font darker would also help.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the frustration. Version 1.0.1 (rolling out now) addresses every point you raised. Your beds now reconnect automatically: enter each 4-digit code one time, and from then on both sides of your split king reconnect on their own whenever you open the app, and after any Bluetooth drop (these operate on bluetooth rather than wifi, so they can disconnect if your phone gets out of range - the app now automatically attempts reconnection in the background once you're back in range to address this). We found and fixed the issue behind Pillow Tilt on Harmony bases — if it still doesn't respond on your bed after updating, please call us and we'll make it right. There's now a massage auto-off timer (10, 20, or 30 minutes) with the same 30-minute overheat protection as your remote. And for easier reading, check Settings → Readability for larger text sizes and a darker text option.
