Crashes too often
Overall a solid app yet it crashes when using the survey feature. Additionally the 1k character limit for leads notes is very limiting.
Please also feel free to contact Scandit to get a better barcode scanner for the tags (ask for Philipp, happy to partner up). Especially, on iPhone Pro devices the macro lens creates a subpar performance.

EASY to use!
This app captures our leads very efficiently. We were able to add qualifiers and receive all leads post show quickly. Great customer support as well. Used this app for multiple events.

got a new phone however there's no way to transfer the data from my old phone. I paid for this app and service for 3 tradeshows and now I can't transfer data to my new phone

Used this app at a recent trade show & it was a huge success, very easy to use!! We will be using this app again in the future!! Being able to see which sales rep captured the lead real time was extremely beneficial!!!
Very Happy with SWAP!
We downloaded the app to IPads and used this to collect contact information from candidates who were interested in our residency programs and also to capture and follow-up with industry contacts. The app was very easy to use, and our fellow company representatives were very receptive.
