I love Sweetwater and I love their app. Sweetwater has a sales engineer that calls me after every purchase to ask if I need any help setting my stuff up. They also give you a free two-year warranty on everything you buy there even special order items. I have always been very happy with Sweetwater and would never use any other app. Others don’t come close.

“My guy” in the music gear business is Reid Bright. He is excellent, responsive and keeps up good communication but not TOO much… like an excellent waiter in a nice restaurant.
Shipping is too slow
I ordered from their app. Somehow Sign in with Apple and buying with Apple Pay created two different accounts so I couldn’t see my purchase. I didn’t get an email confirmation of the purchase. I had to reach out to a person more than one time to get one. They said they shipped it the same day. It’s almost a week and it’s still not here. I’d like to support them but I think there are better options and faster service. Their prices aren’t any better than their competitors so you don’t save anything for the added frustration.

Way better than Amazon and such
I’ve only ordered bass mallets and a pad so far, but each time, they called and thanked me on top of sending free candy and a sticker. These guys offer competitive pricing with free shipping most, if not all the time, and have a good collection of worthwhile products. Sweetwater far exceeded my expectations, and from now on I’ll always look at Sweetwater before any other store if I’m in need of a percussion item. Thanks for being so goated.
