Shipping is too slow
I ordered from their app. Somehow Sign in with Apple and buying with Apple Pay created two different accounts so I couldn’t see my purchase. I didn’t get an email confirmation of the purchase. I had to reach out to a person more than one time to get one. They said they shipped it the same day. It’s almost a week and it’s still not here. I’d like to support them but I think there are better options and faster service. Their prices aren’t any better than their competitors so you don’t save anything for the added frustration.

Way better than Amazon and such
I’ve only ordered bass mallets and a pad so far, but each time, they called and thanked me on top of sending free candy and a sticker. These guys offer competitive pricing with free shipping most, if not all the time, and have a good collection of worthwhile products. Sweetwater far exceeded my expectations, and from now on I’ll always look at Sweetwater before any other store if I’m in need of a percussion item. Thanks for being so goated.

Amazing Company, terribly glitchy app
This app has had bugs that prevent me from using it, I love Sweetwater I’ve only had great experiences with them but this app is so frustrating sometimes. Just needs to be polished, for some reason it never has been polished to my knowledge, at least not while I’ve frequently used it.
Apple Pay?
Really you don’t have Apple Pay integration. And I have to manually type in all my contact info and credit card info. It’s 2026. Get with the times. AUTOFILL. I’ll order from guitar center and pay more.

Can’t change preferences
When I go into the my account section and click an item like catalog preferences it cuts off half the section so I can’t make a selection.
Also there’s no chat option for me to find out where my order is that I ordered over a week ago.

Sweetwater outclasses the other big box stores in a huge way. I’ve worked in MI from the ‘70s to the 2000s… mom and pop to big box. Buy from these guys. They will take care of you, front to back. ☮️❤️
Good company. Glitchy app.
Love Sweetwater. I use them religiously for online purchases. But this app has some glaring issues. My biggest issues come from the app ‘crashing’ in the middle of use. For example, I’ll open the page to an item and want to open the pictures in the format where I can see them full screen. This only works about 20% of the time. The rest of the time the app completely glitches out and becomes useless and I have to fully restart everything. And even then half the functions don’t work even after a reboot. This glitching out that crashes the entire app happens nearly every time I open the app, in some capacity or another.
Sweetwater is nearly 10/10. The app should match that.

I stg I will spend more money on here if you make a dark mode option. Opening the app at night is not unlike witnessing a welding arc.
Great Company, Trash App
Unusable. Just use the website instead. Human/bot verification screen every 2-3 screens, I've had as many as 5 in one minute, making this a literally hostile UX.
App problems on iOS
It loads my account like it’s on a computer screen and there is no way to scroll over or even rotate the screen to see it all I can’t do anything on the app without a computer as far as ordering or confirming anything this needs fixed. I’m looking at it as a sign that I don’t need to spend the money 🤣🤷♂️ if it was fluid my money would have already been spent other then that great customer service the app just needs fixed so I can shop

Apple Pay and Sweetwater gift cards are a problem. Can’t redeem a gift card and pay the balance with Apple Pay.
Quick n easy great deals
The app works so smoothly I forget I’m on an app. The pricing is comparatively less regularly and even better on open box and deals. Call for help or questions and it’s like talking to an old friend.
