A convenient mind for business
I am from a big city and food delivery became a staple during Covid. I love the ingenuity of the app with real time tracking and ability to review orders/deliveries. Where I work, I don’t get much time to explore food on the island, so I’m grateful for this service to feel a little more connected to my new home.

A help and but another issue for TCI
Zero customer service, drivers are always late for pick up, which I. Turn gives a low quality for the restaurant. I don’t blame the restaurants in Provo, but they need a solid team. I logged onto the chat help and was 1st in the cue with a wait time of 63 minutes. Great job guys, if you want delivery switch to blue eats.

A great service in TCI!
It is our last night on TCI and we decided we wanted to stay on the beach and swim at sunset rather than go out to dinner. We ordered pizza via Swift Eats and it was really easy! The pizza from Pizza Pizza was really good and the communication from Swift Eats was terrific too - I got emails notifying that my order had been received, was in progress, was on its way and delivered. We also received text messages. A great service!

As a New Yorker- it’s a yes
Obviously I order a lot in the city and wanted something quick and easy while here. The app constantly updates and lets you know the status of the order and allows you to track as well. It’s great! Highly recommend for your take out experience.

I have been coming here for a while and this is a GREAT new addition. Delivery was quick and food was still hot.
Needs option for complaint/refund
I got my food from delivery driver. The restaurant forgot the chips for queso and the dressing for my salad. I went on app to complain about food, but no way to submit issue.
