An incredible companion to Paperless. It’s made capturing documents so much easier. Spouse-Approval rating skyrocketed and we can now both use paperless with ease. I just found out “printing” to the app works exactly as you’d hope. Thank you!

I like this app a lot but i wish that the developer hadn’t buried the document scan function under a couple menus.

Ich finde die App toll, insbesondere weil ich von unterwegs mal eben etwas nachsehen kann.
Heute ist mir aber etwas weniger gutes aufgefallen. Ich hab zwei unterschiedliche Server in der Liste stehen. Bei einem war ich angemeldet, der andere war Ortsbedingt nicht verfügbar. Dann verlor ich zum aktiven auch die Verbindung. Weil sich nichts tat habe ich mich dort ausgeloggt. Nun kommt das Problem: Durch das ausloggen wird der Server aus der Auswahlliste entfernt, neu eingeben geht auch nicht an der Stelle. Also musste ich den zweiten Server auch noch aus der Liste löschen um dann wieder einen hinzufügen zu können.
Hier wäre es nett, wenn es etwas smarter gelöst werden würde.

Works as Intended
The app works how you would expect. The developer is responsive and the app is open source. There is a slight delay when changing menus after adding tags and stuff, but this is no issue. If you use paperless, this app is mandatory for ios.
Super App, bis auf…
Die App ist super und läuft sehr flüssig. Nur eine Sache wurde mit dem Update 1.9.0 „verschlimmbessert“: die Metadaten-Box, die erscheint, wenn man ein Dokument öffnet, lässt sich nun nicht mehr verkleinern. Die Minimieren-Funktion wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit eingeführt, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut hatte. Nun nimmt die Box wieder fest ein Drittel des Screens ein (iPhone 13 Mini). Wäre super, wenn die Funktion wieder zurückkommt.

Hi, Das musste ich leider raus nehmen, weil manche User Schwierigkeiten gemeldet hatten, Dokumente zu scrollen. Ich habe keine Lösung gefunden, beides möglich zu machen. Ich will als Nächstes auf jeden Fall an den Screen noch mal ran, und schauen ob ich eine insgesamt bessere Lösung finde.
So convenient with paperless. Better than my scanner!

Nice app, one annoying bug…
This system works really well overall, and I am pleased with it. There is one annoying bug, though: I frequently get kicked out of the document upload screen for no reason. It often happens while I’m renaming or tagging, forcing me to re-upload and lose my changes.
Also, when sharing a document, tapping the iOS share button first brings up a window that says “Other apps.” After pressing that, it goes to the normal share screen. The extra step isn’t necessary. It should probably just open the share sheet directly.
Anyway, I only have about 20 documents going, but I think this will make finding and sharing important documents a lot easier, and it sits on my secure Synology at home. COOOOOOL!

Die App ist mega hilfreich, um schnell Dokumente aus Mails oder Web in die eigene Paperless-Instanz zu schieben. Mit CF jetzt quasi perfekt (bspw. Euro-Beträge von Rechnungen etc.)

What a HUGE compliment to paperless-ngx!! Beautifully laid out design and so much faster and more convenient than pulling the web browser up. I really hope this app continues to be maintained for all long as I use paperless ngx!
Quality Application
Brilliant app, really professionally put together. Mobile scanning feature (including multi-page documents) is super easy to use, and is really what makes this stack work. Search is obvious and quick. Adding notes to a scanned document - that was the final killer feature to stop me keeping paper copies.

Awesome But Could Use Document Search
I love being able to search through all my documents for keywords, but once I open a document, I can’t search within that document for keywords. Can this feature be added?
Great app but can’t scroll multi page pdf on iPad
There’s a bug in the iPad app that prevents scrolling in multipage pdf, if this is resolved, the app is a solid 5/5

Perfekte Ergänzung
Fast alles was es braucht. Die App lässt sich leicht einrichten und bedienen. Optisch ist sie ein echter Hingucker. Das Einzige, was ich mir noch wünschen würde, ist das durchsuchen eines Dokuments wie ein PDF. Ich habe Anleitungen, die ich gerne nach Schlagwörter durchsuchen würde. Ansonsten tipptopp und bitte weiter so!
