Stopped working
The app stopped working. Signed me out and just spins when trying to log back in.
Terrible
This app doesn’t work. It signs me out even though I have it set to keep me signed in. If I reboot my phone it reloads and all my subscriptions load. However after about an hour they disappear and it says I have no subscriptions. It’s terrible.

Not user friendly, can only login once the that’s it. Can never re reregister. Tried for hours and nothing. Can’t even us
Keeps logging me out
App keeps logging me out so when I get a notification and click it, the app opens but there’s no messages and I have to log out and back in.

How do I delete my account?
Can’t register
Can’t register. I’m at the end of the process, and all i get is a spinning symbol. Useless at this point.
Cant even get past registering.
2nd time trying this app. Too bad. Seems like a great concept.
Hacked
This App so called updated on my devices a few days ago on 05/02/2021. Upon rechecking this App on description it says it updated 2 years ago. However I was alerted on 05/02/2021 App was in need of update. Today is when I see last update was 2 years ago. Complaint filed on 05/07/2021 version update 3 years ago!

Doesn't work well
I signed up on this app to get updates on Weather, COVID-19 vaccinations, etc. I don't get the updates.
Works well
This system has been adopted by my county and by the city and towns in the county. Much of the information is not immediately useful to me, like when a water main breaks 20 miles away. However, sometimes it’s invaluable, like when the county health department had opened up some new vaccination slots, and I could nail one down quickly. The interface is a bit clunky, and it’s the municipality which gets to decide how the contacts are made, but overall, I am glad to have a timely source of information which may be critical.

Can’t continue after address.
After I put my address in, it goes to the map which is correct. Hit next and nothing happens. Tried several times.
Stupid app that won't register or let you login
It got stuck on the map asking to show where I live. Stupid shot app!
What pin?
It tells me to move a pin to my exact location on a map but there’s no pin and no help button so I am unable to proceed and set myself up.
Registration doesn’t work
My county suggested to download this app for emergency updates. During registration process it’s suppose to send a 4-digit code to your phone or email. Takes about 12 hours for the code to be sent to you and by the time you enter it to complete the registration process, the code has expired. I’ve tried this a few times but same thing. Irony is, how effective and efficient is this alert system if it can’t even get the registration process code sent to you in less than a minute. Garbage app!!! Waste of my time.

Does not work at all
Cannot register get to the address then a map pops up I click next and nothing. Won’t go past the map. Tried many times. On an iPhone 11
Poorly designed!
I can find no way to make it work .. I am a graduate engineer. Very sad! I’ve never received an alert through it.
Registration error
I tried to download this as instructed by San Bernardino county so I can get emergency evacuations alerts. I couldn’t finish the registration process because the screen where you select your house on the map- it won’t let me click Next to move on to the next part of the process. When I tried to login again it said I wasn’t registered. I wish emergency alert systems didn’t rely on defective apps to send you alerts.

Difficult and confusing to setup
Terrible app .. not even sure if it’s setup correct. Thought I would get information about COVID-19 but I have no idea what I will get from this app.
Doesn’t work waste of time
My local sheriffs department recommended this app on their website but when I sign up it says no service in my area😂 total waste of time!
Devours battery
Not sure if it’s because I’m traveling away from home but in the last 6 hours this one app consumed 80% of my battery while I slept. Clearly needs to be updated

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This is likely the result of the Location Services functionality on your particular phone. We recommend that you set Location Services to the "while using the app" option. Also, you can feel free to close the app completely after use. You will still continue to receive alerts and push notifications with the app closed.
