The app doesn’t even work I put my customer id in and it just freezes, and by the sounds of the other reviews it isn’t worth having anyway as you can’t access your account? Not sure what the point of this is then

It just freezes on the Home Screen, quicker to login on your phone and use the sight. Create an app where you can login and view your account or remove this application as it’s pointless and a huge waste of time

Only two options, door entry and check in. Neither of which work. When clicking on either, the app goes unresponsive.

Very undeveloped app!! Not sure the point of it
The app doesn’t allow you to access your account information with booking details or anything. You have to still log into the website for this Information. This is purely a door entry application and I don’t see the point in this to be honest. App would be great if it was further developed allowing account information, progression of swimmer/ awards, booking QR codes / lessons booked. Enable users to book lessons etc.
