Great programming; slick app
The app is whatever. Very easy interface. Intuitive controls. Quick to navigate and enter sets. The programming is really the star here for me.
Thoroughly enjoy the programs available and the ease of which to start and continue even with missed days without needing to think about the calendar to move it. The days plan just moves with you.
