Garbage App use Uber
Having to deal with Swiss chalet directly sucks. The order tracking is non existent, it’ll say your estimated delivery time was 20 minutes. So you sit on hold only to find out it’s just wrong and for some reason it’s been an hour when uber arrives inside 30 minutes. uber is more expensive but worth not dealing with their drivers and stupid delivery schedules.

Easy to use app
The app is very easy to navigate and to place an order either for pick up or for delivery. The experience has greatly improved since the last time I used it.

App immediately closed down
I’ve never had an issue with this app until today. I downloaded it again as I had removed it a while ago to free up my phone and as soon as I click on it, it just shuts down. Nothing happens, no messaging, no errors. Not sure what the developers recently did but it’s failing. Unfortunately I’m looking to order online for an event. I will have to take my business elsewhere until you get this sorted.

This hasn’t worked for more than 2 weeks. I deleted the app and downloaded again but it still couldn’t open.
Important part not working
The app works fine until you want to track the delivery driver so that you can meet them.

Previous versions of the app worked fine - but App currently fails to launch on my phone. It starts up for all of 1 second then exits out.
No longer working
I loved this app but it no longer works. I click on it to open, but it simply disappears. I’ve advised Swiss Chalet, but they weren’t aware of any issue. I now have to place orders by phone. ☹️ WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS APP? Swiss Chalet needs to fix it. Lots of comments about the app not working. Mine won't even open! (July 2026)

What’s the point ordering on the app! By the time I get there, have to wait over 25 minutes for my order. Customers came after me and ordered at the cashier get immediately! Delete the app! Total useless!

Keeps crashing
As of recent, as soon as I tap on the app it shuts down. I cannot open it. It keeps crashing. I don’t know what changed, but it only started happening about a week ago.
Can’t use - doesn’t work
Love the restaurant and would order often if it worked. It will not accept any payment methods or let me use Apple Pay. I deleted it because I was tired of calling customer service to place an order.
Apple Pay broken
iOS 26.6 broke Apple Pay. The app brings up the Apple Pay popup at checkout but after you double click the side button to authenticate you get an error message popup saying this app doesn’t support Apple Pay…
This just cost me an extra $13 on my order because the “2 can dine” coupon is only valid in the app or online!! Can’t use it at the takeout counter.

Apple Pay no longer works
Apple Pay doesn’t work anymore with the last update and it won’t let me enter a credit card because it says my name is wrong.
Beware the “system” fee
Buyer beware - Swiss chalet now charges a $4 system fee when you order through the app
