Loved the app but for some reason it no longer works on my iPad ☹️
New July 2026 update is terrible
After the recent update, I can’t use ApplePay, I can’t paste coupon codes or gift card numbers into the app (I have to manually type them in), the tracking screen doesn’t load once the order is placed. And these are things I found within 15 mins of using the app. I’m sure there are more.
Apple Pay no longer works
After your last update, Apple Pay isn’t working, and it gives me “oops there is an error” when I try to use my credit card. I had to order through Uber Eats which I’m not thrilled about. Please fix!!!!

Good App, Good Deals
Got the app for a 2 can dine deal they had going on for mobile app orders only. Was surprised at how easy it was to order and pick up time was faster with the app! There was an issue finding ribs and other sides to order separately but after waiting about a week, it seems they updated the app with menu tabs to make it easier to find the food you want to order! Will definitely be using the app in the future to get discounts on food I would’ve otherwise paid full price for

Inaccurate and horrible
When we placed our order, we were told our food would be here within an hour. At the hour mark, we called their office to find out an update as our food was theoretically still ‘cooking’. The company told us that we should expect the food at 1.5 hours after we ordered which was not at all indicated in the app. As of this review, we are still waiting for our food 2 hours later and will be no longer ordering from Swiss chalet in the future.

Locations not available
It appears that I can’t use the app to find restaurant locations if I’m travelling. That’s my number one use of the app, so it’s a failure for my personal use.
Does not work
The last several time I tried using this app it doesn’t work. Fill out the order, load the cart then it tells you “whoops call to make your order”. Surely you can do better…

Stopped working
I used to use this app all the time but lately it will not let me submit an order. Every time I try, it says there was an error and to contact customer service. It will charge and then immediately refund to my card. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading it, getting a new account, using different cards and payment methods, applying and not applying scene points — nothing makes a difference. It still won’t work.

Broken App
When ordering delivery, it doesn’t recognize that the address is already saved and will not let you order.
Double Charges
Last time I tried to order from the app it appeared as if it didn’t go through so I ordered online and it had ordered twice and both got sent to my house and they ended up having to throw out an entire other meal because I didn’t order it, it was an error on their side.
So easy, so many choices
Great job with the app. Although the new menu has many different options, the app organizes it well. Plus it allows for both CAA discounts and Scene Card redemptions.

Always had issues with this app before. Would create my order and at the end it would tell me I had to call my order in. Sooooo frustrating, but they’ve fixed it now, my last 6 orders have worked perfectly, so convenient!
Excellent App
I’ve been using this app for years without any issues. Coupons, mobile orders, and payments all work great and as expected.
