Never updates
Never updates my app still says the 18th of may for the date on the thermostat press the retest button ended the app just doesn’t update to the current time and date to get a correct information messaged support chat weeks ago and said it was passed onto there team still nothing absolutely useless worked great for the first few weeks of having it then all of a sudden just stops working and support don’t care by the looks of it

Switchee can be a little temperamental at times, doesn’t always response.
Doesn’t always connect from my phone to adjust the heating temperature in the app.

Heat n Hot Water
I like this app a lot, as I can check at work if my partner has forgotten to turn the heating off-he often forgot to before he left home..so handy accessing by my hand phone- all good so far.
