Never updates
Never updates my app still says the 18th of may for the date on the thermostat press the retest button ended the app just doesn’t update to the current time and date to get a correct information messaged support chat weeks ago and said it was passed onto there team still nothing absolutely useless worked great for the first few weeks of having it then all of a sudden just stops working and support don’t care by the looks of it

Switchee can be a little temperamental at times, doesn’t always response.
Doesn’t always connect from my phone to adjust the heating temperature in the app.

Heat n Hot Water
I like this app a lot, as I can check at work if my partner has forgotten to turn the heating off-he often forgot to before he left home..so handy accessing by my hand phone- all good so far.
Terrible!
Worst app ever. Doesn’t work. However this passes quality and is released is beyond me! Leads to heating being on and so costs you in the long run.

The numbers on the app showing the temperature is not identical to the numbers on the monitor and off by 2 or 3 degrees. Why

Honestly love this app, linked it to my switchee board at home and it’s so helpful! If I’m at work can turn the heating on so it’s warm when I get home, wanna turn it off but cba to get out of bed? Use the app , so handy
App doesn’t work
Didn’t want to even award 1 star. Useless app and useless thermostat. Set temperature on wall stat and the heating stays on beyond set temperature. Can’t control heating via app at all and the room temperature is hours behind. I have to manually operate my heating system via the wall thermostat turning it up, down on and off by hand which is so unacceptable as I am disabled.

Got this app when we had this installed, the app doesn’t refresh with the refresh button very well , you have to try about 10-15 times ! App is very basic and not very modern ! The schedule doesn’t work either

App was working fine when thermostat was installed app updated and no longer works . Unpaired devices to pair again and thermostat can’t even find a pairing code . Wish I hadn’t bothered having it installed .
