I want to love it…

Since I first got the app I haven’t been able to use it. For some reason there seems to be a glitch that keeps me from entering my card information correctly. It keeps in a format 0000 00** **** 0000 and doesn’t let you put the information in correctly. When the information was first put in it was entered correctly. But it will autofill into something that isn’t the right number when trying to verify.

Money keeps disappearing

I cannot add money to my card bc this app takes it without authorization and I don’t know how they do it bc I don’t even have a subscription. I had to make an account just to get help I had to get in the app for help and I still got none.
Pls give me back the unauthorized charges you took from me? I don’t even know a thing about cryptocurrency.

Increase your card limit from buying with card

This app was ok and doing fine with the limit until it is only £40/$40 you can purchase using your card that’s bad pls try and do something about that really fast

This app is trash. I uploaded my ID and personal information and then they just blocked me. I was speaking to a represent name Daniel on the live chat and all he said was my verification failed and I can’t do it again. Then I was blocked with out even being able to respond to him. Trash app, trash service 👎

I absolutely love this place I’ve tried its competitors, even name brand ones aren’t even in the same league. If you need crypto no matter the payment method don’t go anywhere else

Even my Visa card issued from the bank won’t pass verification! I now delete my acc and uninstall the App. Some agents from customer care are bull****

Credit card declined

They say you can use Visa or MasterCard but it doesn’t work. I know my card works and I triple checked the information, but it was declined.
Don’t bother with the in app chat, NOT HELPFUL.

Wenn es gehen würde, würde keinen Stern geben, ich habe 200€ eingezahlt laut Programm waren es dann nach 800€ als ich gebeten habe einen Teil des Geldes auszuzahlen was davor hieß das es angeblich jederzeit möglich ist wurde mein Handelskonto geschlossen und von dem Geld habe ich nichts gesehen keinen Cent alles weg. Keiner antwortet mehr auf Anrufe oder Nachrichten.
