When I called to ask them for help they flat out told me, we can’t help with the app just buy a new fireplace

Works perfect on my fiancés phone but it won’t even show up on my phone and it’s infuriating honestly.

Reason I don’t purchased this model because of the Bluetooth option but it only worked for a week and now it doesn’t connect. Very disappointing. Deleted then reinstalled and nothing!

Just got the Fireplace today
I bought an OLDER home close to 100 years old, I was 20 when I bought it and I have always wanted a fireplace. The house had an old fire grate but it had been bricked up before I got the house. Every year I look at fireplace units, wood burning, has logs and electric units, but none looked like an original mantle... till I saw this one. It was a floor model and it was as is, but after seeing it was also Bluetooth and app enabled I had to take a second look. Finally a fireplace that looked like a fireplace, not a TV stand! I got it home and it is AMAZING! The heater almost ran me out of my good sized living room, but it works great and looks AMAZING! Just to have a grand mantle on that brick wall is the finishing touch. Thanks to the makers of this fireplace! You hit it on the head here! I wish you could get it in unfinished or other colors... this spring to fit the color scheme. ♥️

Does what it’s suppose to
Simple app, I think visual id like to see an improvement but it’s simple. I wish it would explain a bit better about timers and room temp. Overall it’s the same as the remote if anything I understand the buttons easier on app. Not complaints so far.
What WILL happen
It works great foe about a week. Afterwards the app will switch to child lock then you can no longer control the unit via the app. If the developer would only update it it would be ideal. Don’t lose the remote or the model number for this unit.
Terrible App
App doesn’t work. Only beeps when connected then the app won’t allow the child lock to be turned off so you can’t use the app

For some reason the child lock will not come unlocked. This app worked for one week than all of a sudden it doesn’t want to change what I need through my phone. Nothing will respond to the touch of the screen anymore. We are considering returning this product because of this issue.

Just downloaded the app and it connected just fine for me. I have an up to date iPhone and didn’t have any issues. If anything changes I will update...

Will not connect with Apple products. My husband’s android connected to the fireplace without a problem and works perfectly fine. My iPhone will not connect for anything no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app. This needs to be fixed!
Worthless
I’m actually wondering if this app is fake as well as that the fireplace actually has Bluetooth at all. It doesn’t show up on any of my devices. Phone/tablet etc.
