Worst drivers and worst customer service ever wouldn’t recommend any one to deal with them
Worst traveling experience ever
After using this app for more than two months, I can confidently say that this is the worst way to travel. I had a subscription plan that required me to use this app, and I paid in advance. There is literally a 50% chance that the driver doesn’t show up — and when they do, they’re rarely on time. However, if you are even one minute late, they’ll leave you behind and blame you for not being on time.
The customer support is absolutely terrible. They do nothing to help. I’ve called them dozens of times, and they’ve never solved my problems or compensated me for the time and money I’ve wasted. Once, when I complained that the driver didn’t show up, they literally told me to order an Uber instead.
This is a horrible app that doesn’t care about its customers at all. I strongly advise you to use Uber Shuttle any day — but never give your money to these scammers.

تجربة سيئة للغاية
من اسوء الشركات التى تعاملت معها ، السيارات معظمها متهالك تماما و تتعطل على الطرق
و السائقين اغلبهم بلطجية و يستخدمون أسلوب الترهيب و الصوت المرتفع مع الراكبين و ادارة الشركة مغيبة ولا تتخذ اى مواقف إيجابية بل على العكس تقوم بالغاء الرحلات و لا تقوم برد مبالغ حجز الرحلات

Cancelled ride 1 hour before takeoff!!!!
Swvl just cancelled my ride to Cairo from Dahab 1 hr via a phone call before scheduled time with no recourse or plan B of a reschedule time or options, leaving me stranded in Dahab to either go back to my hotel and stay additional night or look for another ride same day. Completely unreliable and even worse careless

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever seen in my whole life. There is no customer service at all. Whatever you write to them, they don’t respond to your messages or emails. The same issues repeated over and over again. I’m really disappointed in such provided service.
Worst bus company in Egypt
اسوأ شركة باصات في مصر بجد، تعامل بشع وصوت عالي وقلة ذوق غير طبيعية من السواقين وخدمة عملاء سلبية. مثال واضح للفشل.
Not opening
I downloaded the app and I tried entering my number it says already taken so how am I supposed to make an account if someone is using my number

السواق الرحله المتجهه من الزقازيق الى القاهره يوم التلات الماضي

قام باهانتى وتركى ف محطه رغم حضورى ف الموعد وقفل السكه ف وشي
وفوجئت بوقوفه بعد المحطه ب ١٠٠ متر تقريبا وفضلت اجرى وراه علشان الحقه
انا ووبنت كمان معايا ف الرحله
وحينما قمت بالاتصال به ابلغنى بانه تم تاجيل الرحله من ٧ : ٨
رغم انه لم يحدث تعديل عالابلكيشن

THE WORST APP
the worst app ever, they don’t have any kind of customer service, very rude drivers, the driver left us on cairo’s gate as there was a fog and he refused to take us back to the picked up location and it was 2 am by that, very irresponsible and reckless, the customer service could be reached at that time and the only way to reach is through email!!!!

انا غير راضيه عن الخدمه
كان 25/10 كنت حاجزه رحلهالى اسكندريه لاقيت صعوبه كبيره في استجابه الموقع للعنوان
ثانيا بعد الحجز افاجي ان الموقع كاتب سعودي ماركت سودك مع العلم اني كنت اخذ سعودي ماركت امام حدائق المهندسين اتصلت بالسائق قبل نصف ساعه من الموعد وطلبت منه اذا كان حيعدي على سعودي ماركت الي امام حدائق المهندسين اعتذر مني وقلت له انا سوف اذهب الى الموقع المحدد باوبر وبعدها تواصل معي قبل الموعد قال لي انا عند سعودي ماركت الي جنب بينوس قلت له تمام انا حغير مكان الاوبر وامامي دقيقتين اوصل وصلت وكل ما اتصل يقول لي انا داخل عليك المهم في الاخر طلع انه رايح على سعودي الي بوصله دهشور قلت له اخذ اوبر وجايه واتصل ثاني قلت له داخله عليكم واول ما نزلت على الشارع زي ما قال لي لم اجد العربيه واتصلت بيه اكثر من 14 مره يطلع مشغول دخلت على داخل لقيت عربيه بتمشي واتصل ومبيردشانتو ضيعتوا عليه رحله كامله وضيعتوا فرصه اني اودع اعز اصحابي

Unsafe service
Horrible unsafe unprofessional service
We were traveling to Northcoast the driver came at our spot (madinaty) earlier we were waiting but he didn’t ask, he left early without picking us
The app was not working
When the app worked we called him and We followed him to another spot (downtown).. he moved late and kept waiting for other passengers over 20 mins at ring road and dandy mall..
he changed the route and took El omied instead of borg el Arab, the app was not working, we couldn’t track the trip or give review for the ride, and we arrived 2.15 hours late and at a different point.. we were scheduled to arrive 1:45 we arrived 3:50 am !!!!!!!!!! And we had to fitch out another ride to reach our home !!!!!!!!!!
the seats and the car were horrible and totally uncomfortable
The driver was driving in a very bad way and he was wearing homeware and slippers !!!
And finally.. the driver was not the one mentioned in the app.. he was a different person !!!!!
