Zero app customization
We deserve to have the option to be able to hide a virtual assistant. It takes up too much screen space and I don’t want to be forced to interact with this garbage.
Rewards page unusable
Rewards page locks up so much, like they intentionally don’t want you to be able to use it. Frustrating.
Prescription request doesn’t work
I tried to submit a prescription request. I filled in all the info, but there was no button to submit the request. What am I supposed to do now?

This app constantly freezes and won’t go to the next page. Even on WiFi it doesn’t work. The worst!

The worst app!
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used! It’s unorganized, can’t find anything and waste time going in circles!. Isn’t updated regularly and overall sucks! Now suddenly, I’m getting a 403 page! Uninstall, reinstall, same thing! Not only is the insurance the worst, so is the app! Horrible!!!!!

This app worked fine before and suddenly none of the buttons are working. I can’t even use the app to find a doctor. Can you revert it to how it was before?

Terrible at finding care
Finding care through app is incredibly frustrating. For example if I am searching for sports physical therapy it brings up a bunch of doctors near me. I call the number listed for a doctor on the app and 95% of the time it has been a number to a different type of care facility. I have to try and locate where the doctor might work from Apple Maps and then try the number outside the app. It’s ridiculous. I think it’s a scheme to make it difficult to find care in hopes people don’t use their insurance. Additionally one of the few times I actually found a location that was listed as covered under my insurance, turns out it wasn’t and I had to pay a hefty bill that wasn’t covered. App sucks I would rate 0 stars if I could.

You would think for a company that changes me more a month than my mortgage, you would be able to provide an app that works at a basic level. This is awful and useless. Well done to whoever let this one pass quality control standards.
Very frustrating!
This app loads so slowly or not at all. My husband and I have different phone carriers and we’ve both experienced this issue repeatedly.
Doesn’t even work
How does this app have so many high reviews, it’s the slowest worst app ever, everything is a loading screen that takes minutes to load or just does nothing at all, I have never in my life experienced an app where you press on something and literally nothing happens, and of all apps I could experience that on it’s the one app that I need in order to assign myself a PCP. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed immediately, I am on the latest and greatest iPhone having this issue, insane.

The Worst
This app is so unbelievably slow. It takes forever to work and is sluggish in responding. I want to throw my phone across the room when trying to use it. Don’t try to access it in a hurry if you need to find someone or something in a hurry in an emergency.
Claim center doesnt open
I have tried getting into the claim submission center on this app multiple times under different Wi-Fi’s under no Wi-Fi. It doesn’t let me in, this app is definitely in need for an update.
Trash doesn’t work
Hey developer fix your garbage app it won’t do anything that all !!!!!
