Very good transport app
Did not work
Unfortunate majority of the time I tried to use the app I was getting root message about "network issues" within the app (I had no trouble using any other app or accessing the internet on the phone). Also I had paid for the Pro account which is active until 2027 yet this stopped working after a few weeks of not using the app as I was travelling away from Sydney and when I came back to use it I kept being asked to sign up Pro again. When the app worked it was good but sadly it just didn't work majority of the time.

Least reliable transport app
Over 50 percent of the trips that I have taken have given completely inaccurate ETA’s of when the transport was arriving at the stop. Some of the ETA’s are completely made up and a bus wouldn’t even turn up.
Always wrong time
It is never gotten the time right and always glitches
Paid for nothing
I paid for Pro after the live times and how busy a bus is wasn’t appearing in the app this week - everything was showing bus on a schedule. No difference for the Pro version … confused what I paid for.

Charged me $35 without notification!
I visited Sydney for a short holiday and downloaded this app for the free week whilst I was in Sydney. I typed in my bank details but then deleted them prior to submitting as I did not want to provide them. I also thought that I would receive notification when my free trial was up. On returning home to Qld I went to delete the app only to discover that I had been charged $35 for an annual subscription which is of no use to me! I had never entered my bank details on my phone prior to this and never will again. I fail to understand how this money could have been taken out of my account when I did not actually click enter to submit my bank details.

So update..... I emailed your support on 29/12 and have heard nothing since.... location settings pop up still visible and frustration increasing.....

That pesky background location is not enabled pop up is pretty annoying - I am not ever going to let this app have my location when I'm not using it and not sure how long I'm prepared to put up with cancelling the pop up every time I check the app.... could be a deal breaker

In my personal experience I have experienced uncorrected times buses not by 2 mins but like 10 mins!
Useless and complicated
And you want people to pay for this. Useless and complicated. Tried to look at timetable from green square in Sydney to central. By the time it took to even get something of value I could have walked there via India
