Something wrong with the App
The App has wiped out all my past bookings and two future ones, can’t seem to get this fixed despite a couple of phone calls. Is there a problem?

Easy and Quick to use
The Sykes booking app is so easy and quick to use. I love that you can search for your ideal cottage so easily. Searching is simple with all the filter options available. The whole booking system is clear and the different payment options give flexibility.

Stunning Place
Brought my fiancée away for a few days for her birthday and the place is absolutely beautiful! Lodges are great and equipped with everything you need. Brendan is so helpful & even caught a spider for us 😅 the hot tub is clean and well kept and the fire pit is great! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely be returning thank you for having us xx

Exceeded expectations!
A real gem and I’m writing this just catching some sunshine in the corner of the decked area out back, with tea and toast. Lovely welcome pack and essential items awaiting us and this has truly set us up for the week ahead. A lovely home from home and the dogs were really settled from the first night too which is unusual for a first night. They had their own familiar beds and a spot of Classic FM! Michael and Andrew have a lovely place here and we are already thinking we’d come again! Anyway we’ll get on with enjoying this week first😀

Great Holiday House Booking Company
This is the second time we have booked with Sykes. The last time was 2 years ago, but we still accessed a discount. Easy to use app. Cheaper than AirBnB for the same property.
Great place to stay
We found the property to be in excellent condition when we arrived. It has a lovely warm and welcoming feel. Our children particularly liked sleeping in the bunk beds and it was nice being so close to the Forest of Dean. It was perfect for our extended long weekend.

A fantastic dog friendly cottage in the heart of narberth
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage in Narberth. It had everything we could possibly need, with all the amenities you could want, really comfortable beds, great TVs and a lovely, comfortable sofa area to relax in.
We also met Jack, the owner, who was really helpful and welcoming and made us feel at home from the start.
It was perfect for our two Maltese, as dogs are very welcome and the garden is safely enclosed, which gave us real peace of mind. 🐾❤️
The location was brilliant too, with lovely pubs and restaurants within easy reach, making it so convenient for going out and enjoying Narberth.

Customer assistance
This is my second time renting with Sykes and have run into the same problem each time. I have called for customer assistance (during business hours) and been referred to the online messenger. Each the messenger says an agent will be right with me. It has been four messages and two days and no response. The same with the last time I rented either them.

Stay at Thorncroft in West Bay
We’ve just had a lovely week. The house was clean, well equipped and cool during the hot weather. I recommend the location, local area and the house itself.

Wanted somewhere interesting in Devon; Sykes sent various options, we chose one and booked it straight away.
One thing that lets app down
So using the app is easy being able to find what you want and everything else you need BUT I think the only drawback and the reason I’m giving this three stars is because I like to look on my iPad but can only view it in a Mobile view rather than landscape view so I have to take it off the keyboard.
It’s a shame because most apps enable landscape but not this one 😞

What a terrible company. No way to phone them to talk. All we want to do is change dates . No way to do that. Never again. Don’t touch them.
