Great place to stay
We found the property to be in excellent condition when we arrived. It has a lovely warm and welcoming feel. Our children particularly liked sleeping in the bunk beds and it was nice being so close to the Forest of Dean. It was perfect for our extended long weekend.

A fantastic dog friendly cottage in the heart of narberth
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage in Narberth. It had everything we could possibly need, with all the amenities you could want, really comfortable beds, great TVs and a lovely, comfortable sofa area to relax in.
We also met Jack, the owner, who was really helpful and welcoming and made us feel at home from the start.
It was perfect for our two Maltese, as dogs are very welcome and the garden is safely enclosed, which gave us real peace of mind. 🐾❤️
The location was brilliant too, with lovely pubs and restaurants within easy reach, making it so convenient for going out and enjoying Narberth.

Customer assistance
This is my second time renting with Sykes and have run into the same problem each time. I have called for customer assistance (during business hours) and been referred to the online messenger. Each the messenger says an agent will be right with me. It has been four messages and two days and no response. The same with the last time I rented either them.

Stay at Thorncroft in West Bay
We’ve just had a lovely week. The house was clean, well equipped and cool during the hot weather. I recommend the location, local area and the house itself.

Wanted somewhere interesting in Devon; Sykes sent various options, we chose one and booked it straight away.
One thing that lets app down
So using the app is easy being able to find what you want and everything else you need BUT I think the only drawback and the reason I’m giving this three stars is because I like to look on my iPad but can only view it in a Mobile view rather than landscape view so I have to take it off the keyboard.
It’s a shame because most apps enable landscape but not this one 😞

What a terrible company. No way to phone them to talk. All we want to do is change dates . No way to do that. Never again. Don’t touch them.

Always had great service with Sykes. Reasonably priced holiday homes & great locations.
Fab little cottage, and plenty to visit from here.
We’ve had a really good time in this cottage, and really central to the coast is just minutes away.

It’s second time now and have it booked again for next march. So handy for the beach and we visited so many other places and of course the weather was brilliant with the sea breeze keeping it a bit cooler. The cottage is so cosy with the lovely conservatory and little garden. Just right for us and our doggies ❤️🙏 thank you

Absolutely gorgeous little place, has everything you’d need, super clean and cosy and the owner was so helpful!!
Did not honour the blue light discount they were advertising
Did not honour the blue light discount advertised. And the customer service and the other end of WhatsApp was horrible when trying to get help, started trying to get help on the Thursday and by Monday there was still no answers, just keeping you waiting saying they were looking into it and be back shortly and felt they were very sarcastic with the exclamation marks !!! and being told “your welcome” after I explained nobody was helping. Felt like they were being just plain rude.
