Symbility had been my preferred claims estimating solution for years until the new update, what was once a plain but refined product has now become a buggy mess with a major loss in capabilities and increased workload significantly all in the name of “modernizing” the program. Why not fix the photo labeling? It is extremely glitchy and one of the most time consuming aspects of the claims process which y’all have now hindered

This app is half baked - bordering on non-functional
Can’t import hover drawings, I can’t get the Capture app to connect to the server about 80% of the time. When it does connect - it freezes your windows until everything is uploaded. Brand new iPad Pro 13. I’m glad this app is free
Photos
Not being able to use the camera to take multiple photos and load at once is extremely annoying.
Update the UI
This app would be amazing with a little polish, the UE could be better with a native app experience. My biggest “really?” is the UI doesn’t fill the full screen. It would be easy to move this review from 2 stars to 5 stars with a few user experience tweaks!
Very basic, lacks features, not very usable
This is a necessity if you are doing Symbility claims, the assemblies are nice and save some time but Core Logic doesn’t seen to want to updated them when the carriers change there standards. But, this doesn’t work with a Laser to input measurements, there is no LiDAR functionality or augmented reality functionality to sketch rooms, exteriors, roofs, etc. You can only add line items in the sketch window not in the estimate view, you can only select one line item at a time, you have to either know where the line items are located or search each line item, you can’t input line items by typing them into the estimate, everything is drag and drop. While the main competitor in this space continues to release performance and usability upgrades (Laser integration, LiDAR integration, ability to select multiple rooms, sketches, line items, etc) this app has not added a new feature since its inception 10 years ago as far as i can tell. If you can avoid using this app I would.

Needs some work
Mobile claims on the iPhone and iPad is smooth but lacks the ability to select more than one line item at a time and there is no access to your preset quick lists. Does it take the place or the laptop?.... NOPE! But it could get you by in a pinch if needed.
Computer friendly but awful on tablets
On a tablet you are only able to add or take one photo at a time prior to being prompted to label each photo. In addition you cannot select multiple line items at one time on a tablet. The tablet version is very clumsy and far behind similar estimating programs.
Ok but not for iPod
I use on my lap top and PCM and works great but it won't download pricing and is very slow with an inevitable crash to follow on iPod
Easy to use and fast
I use Symbility on my iPad. It is great for collecting an accurate scope.
