Glitching
It is very stressful that there are glitches that don’t allow you to leave notes. I want to be taken seriously as an applicant. Other glitches such as selecting correct files

Not allowed to resubmit application
Once the application is submitted, the app doesn’t allow resubmission for the new term/season. The consequence is that students cannot submit their updated CVs to employers when they are hiring during the new season.
For the login, Face ID also does not work.

Jobs are not visible on my phone
Unable to see jobs section on my iPhone 17 air getting a 2 blue line and a white screen tried connecting to product support no response either,jobs search portal not showing jobs is pretty useless
Unable to withdraw, delete, or overwrite an application
I’ve been using this app to apply for jobs on campus at my university and it’s been helping in some areas but frustrating in others. There’s been a couple occasions where I’ve made a mistake on my resume or I accidentally applied using the wrong one and I can’t find any kind of feature that allows me to withdraw/delete the application. I’m not able to apply again in a way that replaces my previous try so I’m stuck knowing my employers will see the incorrect file and that could cost me a chance at getting a job. Please make this a feature in your future updates, it would be incredibly helpful and less stress inducing. And if this is already a feature that I just don’t know about, please make it a little easier to actually find.

App=Just a Blank Screen & No Help
When I choose my school, the app just gives me a blank screen and no text whatsoever. When I try to get help for the issue, no one responds once AI can’t help me.
Search not working properly
If I type in a specific keyword in the search, everything but what’s related to that keyword pops up or nothing at all. One example, I type in California for the location of jobs, 1 job popped up for Florida. Second search was Los Angeles, only 2 popped up yet outside of the search you can find many California jobs.
This need to be fixed for better job searching.

Technology problems
I couldn’t submit my application even though I had my resume and transcript put in.
Worst support system
The app’s log in kicks me out routinely. Face ID has never worked. There’s a UIUX glitch that makes it so if you press one job, it opens the one next to it. And their chat bot on their website is probably the worst I’ve ever used. There’s no other way to contact them. So, 1 star I shall hereby bless thee with.

Well designed and coherent. Glad to see it in the AppStore, makes accessing it slightly easier simply because of the fact I can get online via my phone. Great job

not particularly user friendly, issues with profile
I’ve had a number of issues with this app since downloading it in hopes of finding a job through my university. I am transgender & it would only refer to me in the “welcome screen” by my birth name, in addition to listing that name on my public profile. This is not the name on my student ID & the majority of my documents, & is therefore irrelevant to display. I attempted several times to add a “preferred name” which would not save & would disappear as soon as I exited the profile settings. Overall not an app I would recommend, nor one that I will be using in the future.

I choose my university, long into my account through the app, once I am in… nothing occurs. Don’t see the point in the app if I can’t even use it.
