Symptom Tracker is very easy to use and has helpped me track symptoms easily. The ability to easily add new sympyoms, and leave daily notes is great. And the ability to print & email my doctor my information is a game changer!

This app has helped me keep a track of all my symptoms for 2 reasons.
1. I can look back and understand and compare my days and how they affected my daily living.
2. I have the ability to send my monthly report to my PCP or pain management provider as proof to what I e been going through.

Customizable Symptoms FTW
Have weird symptoms you need to track? You can add things as specific as "right ear ringing" or "left hip pain" or "woke up with stuffy nose" - seriously, track any symptom in the words that mean something to you. (Or in terms suggested by your medical professional.) My family has been using the app for well over a year, and it's helped pinpoint *when* things happen so we can figure out *why*. It's fantastic for tracking normal things, of course. But the ease of customization for the less-usual things is a HUGE plus!!

Very good product if you have chronic illness
Flexible
I really like that I can make my own categories, with three choices of how I assess each category. Then I can include my medications as well and supplements so that I can see a pattern between what I’m taking and what I’m experiencing. It’s so hard to know if what I’m perceiving overtime is actually what’s happening day-to-day. This gives me a way to get some objective reality around my daily energy and fatigue, etc..

I would like to say also when you change your phone, it does not allow you to transfer your information. I had to buy my Symptom Tracker over again. I think that’s a good bug to fix.

Good tool for tracking
I used this for myself to communicate while healing after an injury with my PT and doctor. Solid!
Manage your data easily
Easy to add symptoms and to change their order as they come and go. Also simple to rate symptoms. Can add notes to each day. Useful to make a note of symptoms in this way ahead of GP appointments or when trying to link with lifestyle to determine cause and effect.
Make it your own
I love that I get to put the symptoms I want to track into this and see patterns that happen over the week or month.
Simple. Very flexible app
Easy to use and so easy to add the never ending symptoms and flares of autoimmune disease. You could get prettier but this is all you need for doctors/consultants. Well done!

This app is super helpful unlike a lot of other symptom trackers it doesn’t have everything locked behind a paywall. What it does ask you to pay for is reasonable. but you can just as easily use it without paying and have enough features to make it worth having the app. Although I have 2 suggestions. I’ve noticed that the insights don’t quite make sense because they don’t start at the beginning of a month they sort of just start with whatever the last 30 days or whatever the last 90 days are and typically it’s more helpful for people tracking their symptoms to have actual dates. Like for 30 days to be the beginning of the month to the end of the month. The other thing I would suggest is allowing the user to choose colors for those insights, right now it’s all purple blue green… but they’re all sort of similar shades which can make it hard to tell what’s what. So, I think it would be easier for the user to be able to choose the different colors especially since this is a symptom tracking app I feel like it should be more accessible in that way.

Highly Doable
Really liking this and glad I found it. I chose it for its straightforward instructions and ability to update. What I would like to see added is a scale system- there’s a big difference between mild and moderate especially with symptoms that overlap. Thanks for including a notes section. This helps in filling in some details.

It’s helped a lot. I used so many different types of tracking and this is the only one that has fully helped and I’ve stuck with, it’s so easy to set up and use. It is the only thing I’ve been consistent with and has truely helped me with medical issues.
