Sync function working slow

I wanted to bring to your attention some performance issues with System Surveyor Version 2. While Version 1 handled uploads and downloads efficiently, Version 2 has been extremely slow and often gets stuck during these processes.

I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Lost data and battery killer

You must shut off auto-sync or it will drain your battery. Also survey results lost… I think the save button now just saves the photo to the photo roll rather than saving the survey results. We switched back to Classic

At this point, our latest release (1.2.2) has been extensively tested and we recommend giving it a try. The save button will save your most recent changes. We will no longer support Classic starting September 1, 2024. Please let us know if you have additional questions and feel free to contact us support@systemsurveyor.com.

Deletes or doesn’t save surveys

As the title says, fails to upload and save surveys.

At this point, our latest release (1.2.2) has been extensively tested and we recommend giving it a try. Survey creation is so easy!

I’ve been using the classic app for almost a year, but this app has many improvements for creating and modifying surveys. All of my sites and surveys are looking great. My clients are going to love it!
