Despropòsit
Mentre que la resta del món ja fa anys que accepta targetes de debit/crèdit als terminals d’accés de transport public amb Apple Pay, i el numero de targeta actua com a identificador d’usuari i només pagues pel que viatges, el govern de Catalunya continua malgastant en sistemes obsolets i porqueries d’aplicacions com aquesta.

Terrible for users who are not Spanish
The app does not let me complete registration without changing my home country in the app store to Spain, which would then cause me to lose some of my iOS subscriptions. Also the telephone number field does not allow enough characters for UK phone numbers. Overall a terrible app.
Appalling app
Utterly rubbish. The developers of this app should be ashamed. I’ve traveled all over the world and never experienced an app quite as useless as this one for setting up and being able to use.

If you have an IPhone it will not work as it just opens Apple Pay and not the ticket that you’ve paid for. Just buy a physical ticket when you get there
Can’t even create account
I meet the requirements for the password and does not accept it, can’t even create an account. Why don’t they upgrade this app with 1 star review overall?
Fantásticamente mal.
La aplicación no permite acceder con la cuenta anterior, aunque se cobró el dinero por el abono mensual, pero aun así no funciona. Los empleados del metro no dejan pasar, a pesar de que ven que el abono está activo y pagado. Sorprende el nivel de los desarrolladores de IT que crearon esta aplicación. Solo queda desearles que en su vida utilicen productos de calidad similar…

T-mobilitat wallet does not work
I paid 50 euros for a 90 day pass on my phone. I thought it would be easier than using the plastic card. After a few days of using it without issue the tmobilitat wallet stopped working and now only shows a white screen.

This is hands down the most useless app I’ve ever encountered. iOS already has a feature that lets you use it effortlessly—just place your iPhone near the NFC reader, and the doors open. But no, TMB had to make things complicated yet again. And let’s be real, the UI/UX is an absolute disaster.

This is the worst app I have ever tried. It doesn't work at all. It’s like a children without any experience did it.
Doesn’t work
I charged my transport ticket and I wasn’t able to validate my ticket in any BCN bus. It takes ages to arrive and isn’t working. Well done!
This app is useless
I can’t even login because it’s not sending the activation email to me. The app will also not scan my card. I’m going to have to go to the office in person, which means this app is completely useless.
Gateway to bureaucratic nonsense
The app is a mess. Moreover it is largely useless unless you go through interminable bureaucratic nonsense online beforehand, whereby you are expected to submit passport id details to register, have these validated etc etc.

Least usefull app
The point of an application is to make your life easier. This application does the opposite that it’s so useless and it doesn’t make any sense that you have to scan your card to be able to see your balance of to top it up.

Horrible
I could barely get the app to read my transit card. When it finally did and I was trying to recharge the transit card and pay with my credit card… the payment failed and there was no security on the payment page either.
Later I look at my bank statement and the payment went through???
But this was not reflected on the screen when I went physically to a train station machine and successfully recharged my transit card!
Now I have TWO payments on ONE transit card.
I guess one payment is just in the queue until the first travel expires???
I’ve emailed TMB we will see how long the response will be……
This is sooooo bad!!

Completely broken. After latest update says no internet always even when on WiFi.

Lo que cuesta que pille la tarjeta, por más que la acerque de todas las formas.
El login no funciona, y tengo que entrar siempre los datos de la tarjeta de crédito.
Cuando tienen el server caído, me dicen que mi internet no funciona.
