Failed to placing order
Cannot pre pay the order by app. It said the check out £ was not matching with the order

The app redirects you to a browser to complete payment and 9 times out of 10 doesn’t work and load properly leaving you unable to checkout and process your order

Wish the app would atleast describe the drink like for example how the Blacksheep Coffee app does. would be helpful to know what a French Pudding Milk Tea is before placing the order. Detail what it is. What’s a Crown Jadiete Royal Tea in the cream crown section. Like what is even cream crown.

Poor app
Unless you’re desperate to collect loyalty points, don’t bother with this app. The “pay with stored card” function doesn’t work, and branches are unable to register when they are unable to fulfill certain orders. This app needs a lot of remedial work.

A bit janky Ui wise and it mainly functions as a loyalty app since you need to order in person regardless. But it does that….okay.
