Food is tasty but don’t bother placing an online order here; they don’t start preparation until you arrive. I placed an order 20 minutes before my arrival with a scheduled pickup time and still ended up waiting 8-10 minutes even though I arrived EXACTLY on time…..SMH

Restaurant is great, app is awful

The app was never anything flashy but it was functional. Now I can’t even place an order and my rewards account has been completely nerfed. I will not be signing up for a rewards account again

Corp needs to make sure all inside pickup and eat in times are correct in Google Maps.

And all drive-thru hours are correct in Google Maps

Sometimes I can’t add normal item into cart.

Coupons could be made far easier to add and apply.

Some stores don’t answer the phone when you arrive for curbside during the day.

Lame

App stinks. Was much better before. Now, if you have a free taco or a birthday taco it takes off the cheapest taco of the order, super stupid way to make customers angry. You could just do a separate order anyway for the free one but that’s inconvenient. No wonder locations are closing.

Unable to get an order to go thru

Been trying since 10 am to process an order. It's 2 pm now. Error saying "sorry... "I don't want sorry. I want to know why!

Disappointed about scanning points

I just found out that when I scan to get a reward used that they no longer automatically connect that transaction because I also ordered $16 worth of food to connect to my rewards points. I either now have to manually submit my receipts or have my credit card on file so they can automatically reward me. I don’t understand why they can’t just scan the code in the app and it automatically give me points.

Sucks

Their app sucks as bad as the restaurants. I’ve done several surveys with wanted someone to contact me and NOT A PEEP from anyone!

App needs work

After trying many times to redeem a reward with no luck - I gave up. I had the reward, had the item in my cart and kept getting the message that it was indeed not in my cart. I have never been so gaslit before in my life. Was so frustrating. Before you say that maybe I did something wrong… I am an app developer, I did all the things. Left annoyed and unsatisfied.

Great location for lunch

Wrong order

Several weeks ago I submitted pictures and information about a wrong order that I paid $15 for. I never got any response.

Won’t stay logged in

I downloaded this app and both times I’ve tried to use it it makes me sign up again and none of my points are there. It’s a worthless app.

Payment

It kept asking me for a cvv number yet I already had one on it and it still was saying it wasn’t working, I’m not sure why because I know for sure how to type a card onto the screen like nothing so the app has some issues with payment

Updated app problems

Love the food and convenience of the drive-thru, BUT, with their new version of the app, it has wiped out all my information INCLUDING ALL MY GIFT CARDS!!! No response from Customer Service.

Why does it log me out of app and have to re-logon all time

This app (as of May 14 2026) DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE APPLE PAY. Huge pain trying to enter a card, I just closed the app and went somewhere else.

Meh

It did work, so it gets 2 stars. However, very hard to understand what I’m ordering. For example I had to click into the drink sizes on the combo to see upcharge prices of the drink. It is not clear on the page what the different options are, like combo, plate etc. it has some text up top but it never even says how many tacos are in the combo. I think 2 based on the picture but hard to tell. It could use some UI streamlining.

Napkins

When serving carnitas please add extra napkins. They are fantastic but, more napkins.

10 Steps Backwards

Thanx is a terrible platform and always has errors with rewards. I will avoid all of the restaurants that use this platform for this reason. Toast is 100 times better and gives less errors. The app before was better integrated and made everything easier and frictionless.
