It lets you go through the whole process of arranging a ride down to entering your card info. They charge your card only to get a notification that they haven’t done their “beta” launch yet scheduled for may. It is may actually almost the end of may. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Why no way to view ETA in app & slow app speed

Says “Not Available in South Korea”
I went to the trouble of registering only for the app to show an error of “Not available in South Korea” even though it is. I’m here right now in Korea. Awful app which wasted my time. Don’t install if you’re a foreigner/tourist.
terrible experience as a passenger
Drivers sometimes just dont show up and there is nothing you can do but wait and finally they canceled at no cost and you waste a lot of time and late for something important. What is more funny is that even you cancel immediately as a passenger, you will be charged a cancel fee. And guess what? No customer service at
all! Such a terrible app！

Tada nên đầu tư lớn hơn về mảng marketing thương hiệu để tạo độ phủ, tada đang có thế mạnh về giá cuốc, chỉ cần tăng độ nhận diện thương hiệu là ok. Nên đánh vào tệp khách sinh viên đầu tiên vì đây là lượng người sử dụng xe ôm công nghệ rất đáng kể. Liên kết với các nhãn hàng để colab, quảng cáo, tạo câu chuyện, giảm giá cho sinh viên, đặt biển quảng cáo tại các trường đh.
