Better than Grab in terms of Cost + Driver Satisfsction
The perfect equation for Happy Riders + Happy Drivers = TADA!
Good service
Quite often the quickest in my area, shame you have to pay more for pets
Surge pricing is a scam
Tada is a trash scam app. Random cancellations, no pickups outside of central, smelly taxies that stink of smoke and surge pricing. Avoid this scam company. Should be banned.
Low Quality App
This app is super low quality. Somehow the map pin you select and the address provided to the driver never match. Google figured this out like decades ago I don’t understand how this is still a problem.

Very useful ride app
Latest updates have really improved the functionality of this app. Easy to sign up and get started. Reasonable availability of drivers and an easy booking interface. Will definitely use again!
Deceptive Pricing and Bad Customer Service
I was charged more money than my stated fare, because my driver took a bad route. I emailed customer service about this issue when it happened, because there’s no live support. It took them 2 weeks to respond and they were completely unhelpful. I take cars all the time, but I will never be using TADA ever again.

No rides in NYC!
It lets you go through the whole process of arranging a ride down to entering your card info. They charge your card only to get a notification that they haven’t done their “beta” launch yet scheduled for may. It is may actually almost the end of may. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Why no way to view ETA in app & slow app speed
Feels like I’m using a toaster oven as an app, pathetically slow and glitchy
Destination attribution sucks. Literally have to enter the address instead of the name of the bailed. Do better

Says “Not Available in South Korea”
I went to the trouble of registering only for the app to show an error of “Not available in South Korea” even though it is. I’m here right now in Korea. Awful app which wasted my time. Don’t install if you’re a foreigner/tourist.
terrible experience as a passenger
Drivers sometimes just dont show up and there is nothing you can do but wait and finally they canceled at no cost and you waste a lot of time and late for something important. What is more funny is that even you cancel immediately as a passenger, you will be charged a cancel fee. And guess what? No customer service at

Overpriced, greedy, trash company
Tada used to be the cheapest around. Now cheap just stands for their customer loyalty. Avoid.
