No where to see available balance

There is not a simple way to see your current balance on this app. It shows you how much you have annually allowed, but t not what you have currently available. You have to add up your deposits and subtract what you spent. Terrible experience

Horrible app and company

Loading a receipt for a doctor’s visit should be so easy and unnecessary. However, not with “Dis” Advantage Group.

This app is not fully compatible with the iPhone screen reader voiceover used by blind people

I am blind. I use a screen reading software program to operate my iPhone. When an iPhone app is coded to work with VoiceOver, the iPhone screen reader, I can use the app independently. There are many apps that are coded to work well with voiceover, and I use many apps independently. However, the tag app is not fully compatible with voiceover. This makes it very difficult for me to use the tag app independently.

Can’t submit claims

Our rep touted the app as being the easiest way to submit expenses for reimbursement; however, every time I have attempted to do so, I get an error: “The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.”

The balance tracking view is nice, but until the claim process works, you’re still going to end up back at the website.

Functions do not work

You cannot upload a file. You have to take a screenshot of the file in order for the app to upload it.

It asks you to make a payment but then won’t allow you to add a payment method.

What is the point of an app if you have to log in via computer

Disappointing

What it’s missing in clunky, it more than makes up for in glitchy. I had hoped the app would be better than TAG’s maddening website. It isn’t.

Completely confusing and convoluted layout

Not worth it

This service is horrible. They require receipts from all providers even when information is provided on the use, they still request for additional documentation. I recommend using another service for users.

Think twice

The Advantage Group TAG is a horrible app that never works. I’ve called them and their customer service to get help with login but they always seem to say the app is down at the moment. If you’re an employer looking for this type of services of The Advantage Group look somewhere else.

Notification icon

Hi continue to have a read number one on the notifications icon. I have already read all the notifications/emails, and I have also deleted them. I continue to have a red number. I am just concerned that either there are other notifications elsewhere on the app, Or there is a glitch.
