Safe and perfect for beginners! So glad I subscribed.

Before downloading this app, I was quite hesitant. I was really worried about whether the exercises would be safe for my age and if a complete beginner like me could actually keep up without getting hurt. I decided to give the free trial classes a go first. To my surprise, the instructions were so gentle and clear that it gave me complete peace of mind, so I went ahead and subscribed! I have been following the daily routines for about five days now, and the pacing of each day’s class is just perfectly laid out—not overwhelming at all. I am really looking forward to seeing the positive changes in my body once I complete the whole program!

Fantastic App

I know there are a LOT of Tai Chi apps out there and it’s really hard to pick a real one. The developer of this app is fantastic. It’s worth choosing this app just for the receptive person that’s working on the back end.

Yes, like all of these apps, this app uses some AI.

The instructions are easy to follow, and the exercises are easy enough for someone just getting back into fitness. Try it out, you won’t regret it.

Perfect for balance and stiff joints!

I am 72 years old and haven't exercised much in recent years because of my bad knees and stiffness. I started this program about a week ago and it is exactly what I needed. The movements are nice and slow, and very easy to follow. I am on Day 7 now and do it every morning. I can already feel my balance improving and my body doesn't feel as stiff when I wake up. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get moving again!
