Most disappointing financial app

The app will show that you need to update but when you go to the App Store there is no updated version. When you try to open then it says “ The app version files is required”
Imagine banking with only this bank and you are in a critical condition to make a transaction.

Generating transaction receipt

The app keep on hanging after a successful transaction. It won’t allow one to either generate the receipt or continue.

The app itself is user friendly but it has some glitches like whenever you buy airtime, the hooks after the purchase you will have to restart your phone. And recently it has started hooking when you try to generate a receipt. Needs to be worked on pls.
