Canceling?
They said my membership wasn’t active any more, but I have a pending transaction from them. I was like really! Don’t do anything online. Go to the manager of the place to get things done right.

Inconvenient
Only downloaded the app to cancel my membership (which they make very hard to do online.) I would go in person, but I moved and there is not a location where I moved to. They want your RFID number but you cannot access it on the window sticker they give you unless you have a legit RFID scanner… it should never be this difficult and inconvenient. I would get a membership else where.

This app is useless and pointless. Can’t access any of your memberships info. If you set up an account in store you can not set up an account through the app to update anything at any time. Total trash.
Scam
I tried buying a membership online and for the life of me I cannot get it to work whenever I go on site. There’s always a different thing they need it never works.
Don't use
I went to take 5 car wash to get my car clean and instead of getting it clean I marked my car up with some black oil sut.when I spoke to manager he said that he don't know what causes it all I want to do is get a refund and cancel subscription
Horrible company
I moved to another state where this company doesn’t exist and still had $30 in my card. They won’t give me my money back. Don’t trust this company. Hope they go out of business.
Very hard to navigate
I had $35 in my “wallet” and I hit the transfer button so I could apply to it next billing cycle. They said my account is not active and they cannot help me so I lose my $35 which was $10 birthday rewards over the last few years I’ve been a member. Now they want a screen shot of where I transferred it out of my wallet. Ridiculous.

We have several Take 5 car washes in this area, but they aren’t listed on the app.
Multiple cars needs work
The app is convenient as I can use it at any location whereas using the barcode sticker only works at the location purchased (thus 2 stars) Big issue - I have 2 plans for 2 different cars. If I open the app at the car wash it automatically chooses the first car. There is no way to choose which account/car while at the car wash. I live in a state with a hands free law, so I cannot open the app on the way to select which car I am in. Very inconvenient ESPECIALLY when in line and cars are backing up behind me.

Doesn’t Work
I can’t even verify my phone number to get in the app! Keeps saying code was sent but I never get a text. Contacted support and was told to restart my phone. STILL DOESNT WORK!!!

Beware! Charges for cancelled memberships
Beware, even if you cancelled your membership they will continue to charge you with no way to stop it. I had to freeze my card and still it tried to process a charge. Further they have been bought out by QuickQuack so you cannot generate a wash code anymore without asking the attendant to let you through

Garbage App
No way to delete a credit card. No way to contact support. Deleting the account does not stop these crooks from trying to charge you. Despicable.

The app needs a lot of work
I paid for a monthly membership but no QR code does not pull up. I went to the local Take 5 and got a sticker. Trying to cancel now but it isn’t easy to cancel this application.
Terrible
Not only is the APP terrible but the local take 5 car wash payed for unlimited told i should have signed up at the car wash instead of online. Terrible business.
Misleading
So while downloading the app it told me congratulations I will receive one free wash but when I tried to redeem the guy made me aware that no I don’t get a free wash I got $5 towards a wash. The cheapest wash there is $11. Also every time I try and go by there to use it they are always closed!
