Canceling?
They said my membership wasn’t active any more, but I have a pending transaction from them. I was like really! Don’t do anything online. Go to the manager of the place to get things done right.

Inconvenient
Only downloaded the app to cancel my membership (which they make very hard to do online.) I would go in person, but I moved and there is not a location where I moved to. They want your RFID number but you cannot access it on the window sticker they give you unless you have a legit RFID scanner… it should never be this difficult and inconvenient. I would get a membership else where.

This app is useless and pointless. Can’t access any of your memberships info. If you set up an account in store you can not set up an account through the app to update anything at any time. Total trash.
Scam
I tried buying a membership online and for the life of me I cannot get it to work whenever I go on site. There’s always a different thing they need it never works.
