Horrible availability lately

The app has been unusable for weeks now. SICK of Paying for a membership you can’t even use.

App Doesn’t Work — Completely Unreliable

The app has not been working for days. I can’t even open it, which means I can’t use my car wash membership or wash my car. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a service that relies on an app. The app is completely unreliable and clearly needs major improvements. Very disappointing experience.

Awful app. Crashes every time

App crashes every time you open it. Cannot use the wash subscription I pay for because app doesn’t work. Staff at wash location said it’s a known issue and has been broken for days.
