Scam
Payed for membership i on the App. Just yo find out the App doesn’t work at location I use. Emailed customer service 16 different times still haven’t can’t speak with anyone about a refund or anything. $50 I haven’t got to use even once.
This app is a Joke
Not only the app but the whole experience with their costumer service is horrible.
Canceling?
They said my membership wasn’t active any more, but I have a pending transaction from them. I was like really! Don’t do anything online. Go to the manager of the place to get things done right.

Inconvenient
Only downloaded the app to cancel my membership (which they make very hard to do online.) I would go in person, but I moved and there is not a location where I moved to. They want your RFID number but you cannot access it on the window sticker they give you unless you have a legit RFID scanner… it should never be this difficult and inconvenient. I would get a membership else where.
