Conway location

How a man approach me and my wife and was very rude and hateful to both of us and then started throwing trash out of the yellow. Can they head in front of my vehicle and threw it all over the parking lot at my vehicle?

Reward Points

The reward points was great, now they changed it so bad that any points you had previously are now worthless, also the new structure is so bad , it rewards you less the more money you spend, I just can’t comprehend the logic of this!

AFTER TWO MONTHS, STILL DOESN’T READ MY LICENSE PLATE!!

I got a new license plate over 2 months ago and the Car Wash Still Doesn’t Read My New License Plate. I had absolutely no problem with my old license plate and when I got my new one, I went inside to have my records updated. Then again last week one of the workers who came to let me through, said that he updated it again. I guess I’m just going to have to cancel my membership.

Swirls and Scratches on New 2026 Car. Car hasn’t been used over 1 month and is already has

I brought my BRAND-NEW car to this car wash expecting a simple wash and instead left with “scratches/swirling” on my vehicle. When I brought it to their attention, their response was basically to deny responsibility and dismiss my concerns, claiming it was “just swirls” instead of scratches. Apparently, that’s their solution when they damage a customer’s vehicle — rename the damage and hope the customer goes away. What really says everything about this business, though, is how the manager handled the situation. I went in expecting to speak directly with a manager because, you know, that’s generally what managers are there for. Instead, he couldn’t even be bothered to come outside and look at my vehicle himself. He sent one of the younger employees out to handle the claim while he stayed inside. If you’re going to deny responsibility for damage to someone’s brand-new vehicle, the absolute least you can do is personally inspect the vehicle and speak professionally with the customer. Instead, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted someone to actually look at the damage, take my complaint seriously, and work toward a solution. Instead, they took the easiest route possible: deny it, minimize it, and avoid taking responsibility. Accidents happen. Lack of accountability is a choice. A business can make a mistake and still earn a customer’s respect by admitting it, investigating it, and making things right. This place chose the opposite approach. So if you have a new, expensive, or otherwise valuable vehicle, I strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting it to this car wash. Because if something goes wrong, don’t expect management to step up and take care of it. Damaging someone’s property is bad enough. Treating them like their concern doesn’t matter afterward is even worse. I’ll be taking this further through the appropriate channels because I’m not going to simply accept damage to my brand-new vehicle and a dismissive “it’s just swirls” as an acceptable resolution. Terrible experience. Terrible management. Zero accountability.
