Worth the money
Barely applied soap to my suv and water pressure doesn’t get the bug juice off of my windshield. I went around twice and suv wasn’t clean as you’d think after going around twice. Hopefully they fix and adjust to ensure they providing quality service worth a monthly subscription.

I use to be able to drive up to car wash and tag in widow would open gate for wash. now with this silly app you have to make 8 selections before getting a bar code to scan at entry. also would not migrate information from take 4 car wash as they said it would. then there was no phone number to call to resolve this issue. then it took a dozen emails to finally get cars migrated. But they managed to get credit card information and there payments. have to wait in lines at car wash because other customers don’t have app and worker has to manual process through. this app is a joke. how about using technology to make things better not to do your job!

This location struggles.
I’ve approached the members about my concerns: vacuums are weak, the ones that work. Rarely are they staffed adequately. Rarely are there towels in the kiosks. Ultra rarely does the tire shine that I pay extra for actually apply tire shine. The last time I ran through it didn’t rinse my car and I was told by the attendant it was a dry wash. What does that even mean? I use the Morehead and Jacksonville locations and they are always spot on and are the only reason I haven’t dropped my subscription on multiple vehicles. I hope that management sees this reviews and reaches out to me, or at least makes the corrections needed. Time will tell.
