The “Arcade” still shows a tab for the Spin to Win game but now says “Looks like no games have been added yet!” Very disappointing it has been taken away ): Earning the points everyday was a big part of the appeal for keeping this subscription, but after waiting weeks it to be available I may be cancelling soon.

This is a great place to get your car washed. They have everything from free vacuums to all the drying towels you can use and also spray for the windows.

Why don’t you have the same services at all your locations. I’m in Grand Junction CO and you have no tire cleaning or tire shine and no towels or window cleaning solutions provided. Very disappointing IMO

Worth the money
Barely applied soap to my suv and water pressure doesn’t get the bug juice off of my windshield. I went around twice and suv wasn’t clean as you’d think after going around twice. Hopefully they fix and adjust to ensure they providing quality service worth a monthly subscription.

I use to be able to drive up to car wash and tag in widow would open gate for wash. now with this silly app you have to make 8 selections before getting a bar code to scan at entry. also would not migrate information from take 4 car wash as they said it would. then there was no phone number to call to resolve this issue. then it took a dozen emails to finally get cars migrated. But they managed to get credit card information and there payments. have to wait in lines at car wash because other customers don’t have app and worker has to manual process through. this app is a joke. how about using technology to make things better not to do your job!

This location struggles.
I’ve approached the members about my concerns: vacuums are weak, the ones that work. Rarely are they staffed adequately. Rarely are there towels in the kiosks. Ultra rarely does the tire shine that I pay extra for actually apply tire shine. The last time I ran through it didn’t rinse my car and I was told by the attendant it was a dry wash. What does that even mean? I use the Morehead and Jacksonville locations and they are always spot on and are the only reason I haven’t dropped my subscription on multiple vehicles. I hope that management sees this reviews and reaches out to me, or at least makes the corrections needed. Time will tell.

Membership Tag
Have membership and the RFID tag never works. Have to stop and get workers to check account and then can flag in. Frustrating.
Bring back the spin to Win
As much as I love going to Whistle to get my car washed. I also enjoyed receiving points to get money off my monthly car wash. Not happy that the spin win was removed and I can no longer win points for money off on my monthly subscription. Also not quite pleased at the price increase that has been implemented for a law-enforcement. I am actually thinking of not renewing and going to your competitor.
