I change my car to the Lexus and usual wash the Romero as a guest but since March I have been charged for a entire membership.

Poor! It doesnât show my membership but Iâm charged every month. Trying to add my wifeâs vehicle to make it a family plan but there is no option because it shows I have no membership.
Tried to add/get help at the rowlett but they said they can not help me.

There are a few kinks to work out with the switch to whistle express but the workers here are always happy to help. I love this place

Dissapointed
Only use the app cause the carwash never picks up that Iâm a member. Issue has been ongoing since they opened with no solution. Pretty crazy

Wash - Good, New App not so much
The new app is not nearly as user friendly, Iâm pretty tech savvy and the guy at the wash had to help me generate my barcode because itâs super tucked away behind multiple clicks! An upgrade? - not so much!
Not a happy member of
Since the change over itâs been nothing but problems i wish upper management do something! Who knew a car wash membership could be so difficult! you canât even enjoy your membership with all of the system problems oh my god please get it fixed or change it back to Take 5 it was lesser problems forsure!

Too many clicks for barcode
Decent app for most purposes; however, to pull up the barcode for a membership wash, while in your car, takes too many clicks or navigation steps.

A problem for most?
The functionality of the app is great. As well as i can get in touch with customer care usually within a day. My only problem is itâs periodic crashing. And it happens randomly usually at the checkout segments of the app
A million clicks
It takes way too many clicks to get a wash code. Completely unintuitive. It should be really quick, click on your car, get a wash, wash code. 3 steps is too many and this has much more. The attendant at the car wash should not have to teach me how to use this app.

Customer service nor managers are able to assist with app or RFID on vehicles.
Beware: fake reviews
This company uses bait and switch tactics offering various discount codes, including a AAA member discount, for âNew Membersâ. When their app updates or they discover a âproblemâ they reset your account to remove the plan discountâsaying youâre no longer eligible because the account isnât ânewâ.
The âpointsâ program in the app doesnât actually do anything. Points donât accrue or provide any discounts.
App will tell you a location is open when it clearly isnât. Terrible color-scheme is illegible at times (white text on gold buttons with a white screen background?). Input boxes jump around the screen to prevent text selection or pasting in iOS.
The sheer number of reviews and similar content tells the storyâthey are paying to generate fake app reviews.
