I change my car to the Lexus and usual wash the Romero as a guest but since March I have been charged for a entire membership.

Poor! It doesn’t show my membership but I’m charged every month. Trying to add my wife’s vehicle to make it a family plan but there is no option because it shows I have no membership.
Tried to add/get help at the rowlett but they said they can not help me.

Dissapointed
Only use the app cause the carwash never picks up that I’m a member. Issue has been ongoing since they opened with no solution. Pretty crazy

I am a member and I go three times a week and all three times they are always closed and at times when it should be open
Wash - Good, New App not so much
The new app is not nearly as user friendly, I’m pretty tech savvy and the guy at the wash had to help me generate my barcode because it’s super tucked away behind multiple clicks! An upgrade? - not so much!
Not a happy member of
Since the change over it’s been nothing but problems i wish upper management do something! Who knew a car wash membership could be so difficult! you can’t even enjoy your membership with all of the system problems oh my god please get it fixed or change it back to Take 5 it was lesser problems forsure!

Too many clicks for barcode
Decent app for most purposes; however, to pull up the barcode for a membership wash, while in your car, takes too many clicks or navigation steps.

A problem for most?
The functionality of the app is great. As well as i can get in touch with customer care usually within a day. My only problem is it’s periodic crashing. And it happens randomly usually at the checkout segments of the app
A million clicks
It takes way too many clicks to get a wash code. Completely unintuitive. It should be really quick, click on your car, get a wash, wash code. 3 steps is too many and this has much more. The attendant at the car wash should not have to teach me how to use this app.
Too advanced
Customer service nor managers are able to assist with app or RFID on vehicles.
